why do students at USC know when Lorelai sings and where? And why do they know how the show ends? All from the shoot at the campus?!

I don't think DR is following ASP's plan anymore. Maybe at the beginning of the season because he had to deal with BS she left behind.

Ending the season with a phonecall between the girls - if that is the case Hello to season 8. Not that we'll get one anyway but hey each to their own

Gilmore girls

1. Luke and Lorelai are not friends in real life, they can't stand each other. And the previous scene shot last Thursday took the crew forever. 8 pages from morning till 11pm. A scene shot at the bar, she sang a song out of the jukebox for Luke to express her love.
2. It takes 8 days to make one episode.
3. The Gilmore house in Hartford is located in stage 12 of Warner bros studio.
4. The Gilmore grandparents are originally from Connecticut.
5. Alexis (Rory) is a very reserved person. She gets paid about $240 000 per episode.
6. Rory is rejecting the next season (year tied down to the Gilmore girls) regardless what they want to pay her because she wants to proceed to something bigger. (Thats for now)
7. The script writer was fired in season 5/6 because she screwed everyone up and complain about the film. (I believe that's ASP)
8. Lorelai Gilmore is a reflection of the script writer in real person (except exaggerated).
9. Logan drives a porsche in person and is a nice guy.
10. Branford is the name of the school of journalism in Yale.
11. The extras were hired from Century Casting and gets $60 for the first 8 hours... and meals provided.... thats it!

About today's shoot
1. It is Rory's graduation and Logan plans to ask her hand in marriage.
2. He made a toast thanking professors' etc... in the end kneels down and ask her hand in marriage with a 3 carat square diamond ring...
3. she rejects....
4. Rory didn't get her job offer which makes her very upset.
5. Logan gets a job offer in NY ( I think?)
6. Rory got a job somewhere, she has to fly off immediately and called her mum and said goodbye.. thats the end.. and Luke and Lorelai got back together...

About me and how I got all this information.
1. I was walking around school after class... Saw Rory walk past about 3 times.. with another person.. I just didn't have the guts to ask for a photo (cause i got rejected the last time)
2. I hung around school till late... was supposed to study at the library.. ended up talking to some people in the crew that were just lazing around the benches....
3. By the way... there are so much more than just what I saw on the TV...
4. There were painters.... 32 logistic mans... tons of trucks... many camps... many trucks... limos... About 400 people in the whole crew today... so...
5. Sum it all up, I saw Rory, Logan and Paris today...

Ha. There is no way in hell I believe they would end the show with a phone call. 721 maybe but the as the series finale? So the San Fran job is most likely Rory's job offer. And Logan proposes as a toast?? boy oh boy..

ETA: Oy.. AB gets paid that much? Good on her!

if Logan REALLY proposes at the end of a toast it doesn`t surprise me that he`s rejected

First off - we all know ASP was not fired.

Second, it is hard to believe AB is being paid $240,000 per episode. I recall reading recently that Charlie Sheen, who has a network show, is making that amount of money and is the highest paid actor in a sitcom so I really doubt she is making that kind of money. If she is making a quarter of a million per episode then she really really doesn't need to return - she is one extremely wealthy young woman right now. And, really, how creepy is it that someone on set would reveal AB's salary to strangers? Very creepy indeed.

Logan makes a toast even though he's not in the graduating class? hmmm. And, if they end this series with with Rory and Lorelai on the phone with one another I'll eat one of ASP's hats.

I wonder what bar Luke and Lorelai would be in together - this could be good - just possible if someone writes it well.
