Maybe the Bon Voyage is just a reference to Rory going out and taking on the world. Maybe Christiane Amanpour brings her to France. Or maybe Rory goes off somewhere and Luke and Lorelai take a trip somewhere. On his new boat. As long as it's not France.

Seriously, why does the title have to be French anyway? Haven't we had enough of that this season?

I thought I read it was mentioned that EH was spotted in one of the photos, but I could be mistaken. But, I think we all remember DS was definitely there.

Ed (Richard) was spotted at "Yale", maybe it was just bad timing 'cause we got spoilers that Luke sits with the family at the ceremony. I still believe!

Ok I missed that bit of information about EH. I guess we'll have to wait and see what they did with Luke at Yale. Maybe Emily asks him to park the car and keep an eye on it

I think it is possible that both KAB and LG told the CW no to S8 a while ago and the CW keeps giving them offers anyway. I think the CW is desperate enough to try for a S8 no matter who ends up being in it.

Bon Voyage sounds two-fold. Rory beginning sent off to start her new adventure alone and away from her family. Luke/April (maybe Lorelai) preparing to go on their summer boat trip. Is April in 7:22?

I am thinking that by the time 7:22 airs it will probably be around the end of May or early June in SH. Around the time that Luke starts his boat trip so I could see how the title could also be referencing that.

Can you blame them? I mean, how many PussyCat Dolls can they find?

Btw, there's a couple of spoilers on spoiler junkies from a student at USC who saw the filming. I don't have a link to the site but the most important ones are:

Lorelai sings IWALY to Luke from a jukebox in a bar.

Logan proposes to Rory during a toast at her graduation. Presents her with a 3 carat diamond ring. You know the rest. Mentions that Logan gets a job in NYC?

Rory is also upset that she doesn't get a job she wanted, but in the end she gets an offer and has to fly off immediately. The show ends with her calling her mom and saying goodbye.

The student who posted the info seemed a bit sketchy on things so take with a grain of salt and tequila.

I really hope the show doesn't end with a Lorelai/Rory phone call! Phone? I mean if its a season finale, fine, series? Phone? I suppose we'll wait and see.

Good morning all and thanks for the new thread!

I agree with those not concerned with the 7.22 title. I take the title "Bon Voyage" to be something you say to someone going on a trip, not something coming to an end. I'm not worried so much about the title. I am starting to worry about the spoilers that Luke will be at the graduation. It doesn't appear to be looking that way. Perhaps he is invited to the graduation party later. They have made changes in other scripts so it is possible that they have changed their minds about having him there. I really don't like waiting or not knowing what will happen!

ETA Perhaps Rory leaving abruptly and no ending with the "girls" together may be a positive sign for a season 8.

They haven't even started shooting 7.22 so I don't know how that person could see that the show ends with Rory talking to Lorelai on the phone.

I thought it meant that 7.21 ends with Rory leaving right away. Not 7.22.

ETA: The stuff about the phone call is listed under a section the poster wrote as "About todays shoot." It mentions the proposal, rejection, Logan's job offer, Rory getting a job offer, and LL getting back together. So to me it sounded more like a 7.21 thing, not 7.22.
