thanks for the tour info, so Logan goes to San Francisco or plans to, sound a little like Chris, at least Rory isn't knocked up, that we know of.

ETA - I don't think the new set is a big deal, they did up that house for Mia which in the past they used as the house where Dean and Jess had the fight and the hotel room. So making an apartment for Logan is no big deal and probably not a sign. As is them "packing up" they are winding down and at season end things get packed up so the studio can use the town and sound stages for other productions.

Thanks for the tour info, owtpalready. Did you get to go in a GG soundstage at all? If they are building an apt. for Logan in SF it's not a big deal, they put up those temporary sets pretty fast. They wouldn't be worrying about sets for S8 yet at all. I'm sure they will be tearing down the Yale sets if they haven't already, since those aren't needed anymore.

I read once that she did a commercial for Planned Parenthood, too, when she was young. And she ironically played a pregnant teenager in that.

I don't think they'd have a set up now for a season eight. Normally I think I hear that they take down sets between seasons. Like last year, I remember they were putting up Chris's apartment again before they started filming 701, so they obviously took it down even though they had just used it and would likely need it again. Maybe Logan is in the finale and he calls Rory or Rory calls him or something so they leave on good terms.

ABitStormy Lauren talked about that in a late night show interview once, can't remember which one. I think it was one of her first paid jobs as an actor.

I love the thing in the ep. description about "Lorelai and Luke apologize to one another and admit they both made mistakes that lead to the end of their engagement." Let's just hope that's not all that scene is. I want them to really bring up all the specifics, and not just like they were in 7.02, saying that "I was a jerk"/"No, I was a jerk." And I'm glad RRK is writing this, it gives me a lot of hope for this scene.

Someone up thread asked where in the maze L&L would talk. This picture was posted a while back, of the park bench inside the maze -- that seems as likely a place as any I think.

I'm with you Katiegg, I want to see lots of discussion, all the issues coming out. What are the chances of that, though?

That park bench in the maze reminds me of the Firelight Festival, remember when L/L were so cozy on the bench talking about "what's the haps" and all? Good times.

Very silm. Even with the best LL writer writing it, I doubt we'll get them really being fully open or honest, or talking about all their deep issues anytime soon, or even talking for an extended period of time. Hopefully more of that can happen in ep. 19 too.

Aw, they were so cute then. I'd like this scene to start off cute, too. Maybe they can banter about Taylor and then April, which would lead to their apologies. Maybe it can end on a sweet note too, when LL agree to be friends again.

From the looks of that maze, they might need a lot of benches for people to rest. I went in a much smaller maze once and I was so frustrated trying to find the way out I wanted to knock the stupid hay bales over. Didn't help that it was 90 degrees that day. I could have used a nice bench to rest on. I did not enjoy it and would not go in another one (unless Luke was going to be there, too.)

I imagine Luke will not be too pleased with Taylor and his maze, lol. A good subject for Luke and Lorelai to start up a conversation about.

Hey, tazzded, so you had fun on your tour? Did you get to go in any GG soundstages? Hope you saw a lot of Stars Hollow at least!
