I didn't add Logan because I am not sure what state their relationship will be in by the time she graduates with all the conflicting spoilers. If they are still together at that time he will definitely be there.

Rory was not celebrating a major event in GB! She is in 7.21. And if this is the last season, 7.21 is also a celebration of the show. IMO, the more characters (who have been canon to the show), the merrier.

I wanted to say this but was afraid. IA.

When I thought of that, I had a rather OOC picture of April dancing around saying/singing "Lorelai Lorelai" haha... maybe after she finds out about L&L talking/being friends, maybe more, again. I know, not likely, and I don't think she's even in the epi, but it's a more positive view on the title.

Sad that we go for any and all negative applications to spoilers and such these days... we SO need a season 8!!
I was thinking Luke would be saying it, with passion

But you're sure that Sookie and Jackson will be there?

In my opinion, the more the focus is on Rory, in the last big event of the series that should be about her, the better. That should be canon, but it won't be. Not with Rosenthal, the guy who can't relate to her.

7.22? Who knows? It won't be about the Gilmore Girls, I'm sure.

What are you afraid of? I am simply a poster, nothing more and I assume you can support your own opinion.

I'm not afraid of YOU, I was afraid it would make me look anti-Rory or anti-Rory SLs. I didn't know how to say it without offending.

So, will Luke be present when Lorelai sings Fernando? Being this is a town event, I wonder if he's there. I'd like to see Lorelai singing then have the camera cut to Luke and he's just standing there smiling a shy but amused smile. Kind of like when they showed him in LMLD.

IA. GB was more of a LC focused episode. It was mainly showing Christopher trying to take a more active and interested role in Rory’s school life and his regret for not being there for her in the past. It also paved the way for Lorelai to forgive Christopher for all his past mistakes with Rory so that they could move on to the next step of marriage.

The main focus of 7:21 will be on Rory’s graduation and all the plans and excitement by everyone leading up to the actual graduation itself. I expect this will be a Rory-filled episode.

Rory (and Logan) fans are used to it. Offend away.

And as a Lorelai fan, I'm used to it as well.

I must be the only one who doesn't think "Fernando" will amount to anything. I think if we're lucky, we'll get a bar as part of a conversation or something. I don't think she's ACTUALLY going to sing kareoke.

Sandlynn how do you know the focus won't be about Rory at her graduation?

IMO episodes need to be balanced, which has not happened for most of the season, just look at all the C&L crap we had to sit through, in S6 it was more even between the girls. Maybe that's 'cause the 3rd most popular star "Luke" had to have his own SL when not with Lorelai, so that time needed to come from somewhere, I just wish they had taken it more from the Dopey SL and give Rory more to do.

Back on topic, Lorelai's gonna make cute babies with Luke. She was ready a year ago, but didn't really want to with Chris (that God or DSR) just a pity we won't see them.

It is going to be about Rory. She's the only reason why all these people are together.

When have CLL, or Lorelai/Emily/Richard, or Emily/Lorelai/Chris ever managed to all be together at an event without fighting, sly comments, or even just awkwardness? Rory's first graduation had it too. Yet, to me, the main focus was still on Rory.

I think that'll happen again now. They might get wrapped up in their issues and baggage for moments while waiting for the ceremony to start, or waiting for Rory to come out, but at the end of the day (or scene), it'll come back to Rory. They'll know that they're there for Rory and put aside their petty issues to just be proud of and happy for Rory. That's my hope, at least.

I'm pretty sure Lorelai is actually going to sing. We might not see a lot of it, but it seems like it's going to be a part of the town storyline. And I don't mean to imply something big (or anything at all for that matter) will happen between LL, but I wouldn't mind watching him be amused by his old friend being her old self in front of the town.

Something none of us have seen in a long time.

No Luke didn't, not before Rory. Stars Hollow had to have a storyline but not Luke and not before Rory. Chris' storyline was about Lorelai, not about Chris. Are you suggesting that Lorelai shouldn't have had a storyline?

I miss that.

Jillian, I thought of Romeo & Juliet as well!

When I heard the "Lorelai, Lorelai" I thought of Shakespere's Romeo & Juliet, whrere Juliet calls out, "Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo".

Love to see a similar call from Luke

Sandy, never realized you were a JJ! Welcome to the fold.
