Yes. It was a tool-ish joke. And I don't like the idea of them "attending" it together...can't they just both be there? Then again, MA isn't known for correct wording.

There's no hope for a wedding this season. You can't plan a wedding in a few weeks, or at least not the kind of wedding I want for LL.

I NEED THAT 8TH SEASON!

I don't really have a problem with the three of them going together as a "family." As long as nothing romantic happens between L/C.

I'm guessing Christiane Amanpour but how this work in to the final that is not the graduation is any ones guess, maybe she "knew" Luke years ago

Well I wouldn't care if I knew that Luke and Lorelai were in a good place. But they're clearly not romantically involved in 7.21 if Luke isn't even attending the graduation. AND if CA is in the finale, it's more likely being planned as the series finale than a season finale. I'm so dissappointed right now.

How impossible would it be for either Lorelai or perhaps E/R to throw her a grad party and have Luke waiting for Lorelai?

ETA: I don't have a problem with Luke not being at the grad. If they are trying to make this as realistic as possible, I'm sure that there won't be enough tickets for everyone to attend.

Honestly, I just don't want to see Dopey's face again! Grr...

Luke better damn well be at the graduation, after all these years. If he's not... I think I just might blow up from anger. ETA: Eh, I guess it wouldn't be that bad if he's not there, but still... after all these years, he really should. Maybe there will be some grad party, and Luke could be there.

And now we can be a lot more sure that L&L won't get back together till the finale
