Thanks for that. So if the rumours are true he deliberately did something to piss off the vast majority of the fan base! What is the point doesn't he know give the people what they want and they will watch, especial when a show is in it's 7th season and the base is established.

This IMO is the reason the rating have go no were, last season ASP pissed of so many fan they could not bother to tune in to the new CW and this season the show has not increased it's fan base.

Just like on the show with C&L, in Parting ASP screwed the show when it was in distress and DSR kept at it to try and legitimise Amy's mistakes in the 2nd half of season 6.

God, i hope its not the end... I'll miss everything!!!!!

But do you guys think that luke and chris will be at least civil at the graduation? i think they will for rorys sake.. but if L&L are back together by then, then i think that theyll still be civil, but chris will be a little edgey towards chris.

You know what I would love to happen at the graduation? For Luke and Rory to share their first "non-awkward" hug. All these seven years, they've always had these goofy hugs between them. It would be nice that with their final one, they finally get it right.

I couldnt agree more!!!!!

but i hope its not the last one, maybe when L&L announce theyre back together to rory shell hug luke saying "i knew it was only a matter of time" and then that hug would be good too! but i really want them to have more chances to hug as the series will hopefully go for another season.

Aw. I'd even take one of their awkward hugs. They're so cute. I'd love a little half hug like in 21itLN or something small that shows that Rory's happy he came and shows that he didn't come just because of Lorelai.

With, I think I could give you a run for your money with procrastination. I have royally screwed myself over today. Hence my "oy with the poodles already" earlier.

So if the show ends, do they shut down these threads? Sad. Can we all migrate somewhere else?

Oh and Just, I like your 7.22 wedding optimism. I SORT OF gave up on it...but anything's possible I suppose.

to the second. The closest thing here on FF would have to be the JJ thread, but it really isn't all that close to this at all.

So my top 3 mistakes DSR has done this season. (L&L related)

1) C&L getting married, without Rory no less!
2) Lorelai not in the diner for most of the season.
3) NO contact with Luke for 5 eps, which is 5-6 months with time jumps.

Such terrible mistakes too. I miss the good ol' happy GG days.

Yes, I would also love to see Rory hug Luke. I loved the two of them at her birthday party.
