She barely had a reaction when Chris mentioned it so I doubt it will come up again.
huh? I remember her being quite upset that he didn't tell her, maybe not because it happened, but because he hid it from her and she was't able to help him deal with whatever brought it on. Which is why I could see Luke bringing it up himself, if they're all apologizing for things they've messed up.

I just didn't see being that upset that there had been a fight - yeah, she expressed her concern about him not telling her before, etc., but that issue seemed to pass pretty quickly - which surprised me at the time.

If I had been her, I would have been wondering why Luke allowed himself to get sucked into the fight instead of walking away - maybe it would have given her a clue that the guy still had some underlying feelings for her - oh well...I thought the fight was beyond stupid to begin with, so whatever happens about it is fine by me.

Huge Everwood and Ephram/Amy fan here. Yes their happy ending was rushed but given the moronic CW, that was the only choice possible. However, if you watch season 4 very closely Ephram/Amy were heading for their reunion in baby steps with a nice, natural progression all season long which was sweet. They went from getting over their break up, to becoming friends again, to pining and yearning for each other, to realizing their love was true, real, meant to be and then their ultimate final reunion. So the entire season was a natural progression for Ephram/Amy which I loved.

With Luke/Lorelai this season hasn't been that at all what with Lorelai married to a complete moron for a large portion of the time and zero or very limited LL interaction in many episodes. So a rushed LL ending is going to suck much more for me.

Wilpen: I completely agree about the difference between the Everwood scenario and L/L - there has been virtually no L/L interaction this entire season - I'm guessing less than a total of ten minutes on screen together, if even that much, so nothing they do is going to be remotely satisfying to me as a fan from the beginning of this show....and, that just bugs me no end.

I totally agree. Couldn't have said it any better.
The endings on Everwood were rushed, but at least there was a reason behind it. The writers really did their best given the short amount of time they had and ended the show in a very good way in my honest opinion.
Plus as Michelle said, Ephram and Amy did have a build up to their final reunion. Slow but consistent. In this case we'll get a build up of 5 episodes top if we're lucky.
If I had any complaint about Everwood's finale then it would be Andy and Nina. I think they could've handled that one much better, but other than that..

Given the sweet slow build up to L/L over the years, such a rushed reunion will be a slap in the face - in my opinion and I know it will color how I watch the early seasons - if I do watch them again knowing how it ends up. Now I watch them with the thought in my head that it really all ends after Luke says "yes, yes, no" and I'm fine with that.
Everything that has come after that has seemed like a completely different show with different characters so as long as I never watch those episodes, I can imagine it eneded almost two years ago....sigh...and sniff.

clmorrow, look at the last two season like this... Think of it like it's a Gilmore Girls spinoff... just with a few of the people from the last series. New writers, new actore some returning.

Thanks for the spoiler &

I just wanted to say that I'm glad that Luke is there on Rory's graduation.
I think both he & Chris will make it all about her and her big day.

Nothing more to add.

I don't think the writers are going to make it all about Rory. It seems "her big day" is going to be hijacked by the Lorelai, Chris, and Luke saga, just like this whole season has been. Why in the world is Luke going to be at Rory's graduation? I'd naturally expect Chris to be there as a her father and the person now paying for her education. Luke hasn't been much of a factor in Rory's life lately, so I find the whole thing suspiciously like a set-up to cause angst and trouble on Rory's day.

Thanks for bringing over AA, with. He's such a tool. After that answer I had the urge to send him email after email saying, "Michael, you are a tool." But I decided he'd probably enjoy it too much since he's such an attention whore.
And thanks for the spoiler, Sara. I'm glad that Luke is there. He should be there.

You may have missed the episode where Rory and Lorelai meet Luke and April at the mall and Rory talks at length about Luke's presence in her life. I suspect she wants him there.

Well, one can only hope that they don't turn Rory's graduation into more LLC "drama".

I have been looking forward to seeing Rory graduate from Yale and I sincerely hope that they do make it all about Rory's big day.

For all we know, Rory could invite Luke herself. Lorelai could easily decide it would be too weird to bring him because of the Christopher thing, but Rory could tell Lorelai she wants Luke there too.

I don't think it's a coinsidence we've had Lorelai write a letter about Luke's presence in Rory's life, Rory talking about Luke being in her life, and also Luke mentioning how wonderful Rory is. Seems to be a theme present.

But can we please have a scene where Emily asks dopey to take a picture of the family and as he is about to take the picture she calls "Luke why don't you join us?"
