I'm still thinking 21-22 L&L hookup again officially, that's sad. Remember the spec where we hoped they would be back by "lucky" ep 7!

Question do we see the SUV in ep 19 or 20? we Know the Jeep dies in 19 but she may not get the new car till 20 on screen?

genki I thought it would be like the 25th before we got anything for ep 18, wait and see I guess.

Ah - I see. Actually, I used to use ffnet all the time, but generally have found the formatting on BWR to work better for me (and you don't have to worry about turning on the Ad Blocker every time you log on). And I have a real pet peeve about fics that have poor grammar or sound like they were written by a 12-year old which you get a lot of on ffnet and rarely on BWR now. But, whatever. This is probably too off-topic anyway, even during hiatus. I think many fan fic authors post both places anyway, so it's all good.

I totally get what you mean. I'm just trying to pic a range for the site. I wish some of the better authors on ffnet would post on bwr cause as you said its very userfriendly now back to LL

Lancer next would be around the 25

plus this week was the first week of the hiatus so my thought was sometime next weekend (second week after hiatus) which would put it just around the 25th since tuesday is the 20th.

It should be on BWR eventually, the first 30 or so chapters are. I love that fic. I remember I read the first 60 or so chapters of WHC all in one night...

I wonder why Lorelai, Babette, and Kirk (or is it Rory) will be singing in ep. 20. Is it some kind of town karaoke event/fundraiser? Or a party for someone where Lorelai and others decide to take to the mic?

Maybe L/Z celebrate their one year anniversary? And this time instead of the humiliating speech, Lorelai takes over the mic and sings for Luke and then she comes down and they kiss ( i think i went too far, but the anniversary is a possibility)

7.19 is the 150th episode. So Lorelai going into the diner and then the LL fight/debate thing might be all the special we get.

According to multiple Girls sources, CNN's internationally renowned newshound will make a cameo in the show's May 8 season (and likely series) finale. Amanpour's scene is still being written, so all that's known at this point is that she will be playing herself.

As anyone with a passing interest in Gilmore Girls knows, Amy and Dan were relentless in their bid to lure Amanpour to Stars Hollow during their six-year reign. They almost succeeded in getting her late last season, but a scheduling conflict derailed things at the 11th hour. They left shortly afterwards and, well, the rest is history. Whatever mixed feelings they have about the show these days, I gotta think this news will put a smile on their faces.

Now, regarding the small matter of the show's "likely series finale," all I can say is you might want to start saying your good-byes now. Talks to bring the show back for an eighth season have stalled, and, according to several sources, there's little hope for a turnaround.

On the bright side, Rory's finally gonna meet Christiane Amanpour!
