Wow. ASP is good. Very good.

I think Parker Posey is extremely annoying and a horrible actress. Not good casting by ASP at all. I can smell a flop. Parker is no Lauren Graham. Another crapfest on TV.

Plus the storyline sounds lame. No interest here, even if it wasn't ASP's project.

I am so biased against ASP's new show. I dunno, it seemed dumb to me for her to leave Gilmore Girls without ending it how she wanted to.

It is funny how we want to know what is going to happen episodes in advance but we stay away from boards the day of the episode. I'll stop checking the thread before watching the episode for 7.18 and on.

ASP's new show? I think I'll be watching it at first. I'll NEVER get attched to it, because if it actually manages to last, I'll always be waiting for her to ruin it and then bail on it. But damn her, I liked Max Medina, and then she has to go and cast him. So I'll probably be tuning in, but it's not like I'll matter in the ratings with my nielsen-less TV and everything.

gossipcom said that 7.16 was supposed to be the last episode before hiatus but CW wanted one more.

Considering that they did put an LL scene towards the end of that episode to draw people after the hiatus do we think they will do this for 7.17 that is indeed the last?

I think it would fit nicely to have a L&L scene tonight at the hospital. I am hoping that is what we see. Perhaps the scene will give us a glimmer of hope and something to entice viewers to come back after the hiatus. They have to give us something if the plan is to have them reconcile. If they are interested at all in keeping viewers, TPTB will throw us a bone.

But on 7.18 there's a pivotal LL scene. I think they'll avoid LL so that 7.18 hits harder.

On the other hand I want this plan not to take place and have a nice, sweet LL scene at the hospital. I'm craving for one.

I wonder if there is any time jump between this week and last. It can't be much 'cause Lane is about to pop and the Logan stuff should come up quick.

Just a pity we know Lorelai doesn't go to the diner until 19.

that would be a strange place for a skip, one over the haitus is much more likely.

I'm not a fan of Parker Posey, but Lauren Ambrose working on a ASP piloted show is a very good match. I'll probably give it a chance, if it doesn't interfere with anything I already watch. We'll see. Plus, I kind of like Scott Cohen too. It'll be interesting to see if he can do anything other than Max. An ASP comedy would probably be pretty good. You don't have to invest as much into a comedy as you do an hour long drama/dramedy.

Unless, of course, it's Ross and Rachel.
