It sounded like Scott was quite intrigued about how the fans are feeling and that she gave him great insight. She represented us so well! I wouldn't have thought he'd be that interested.

It's funny...I always pegged him to be more blue collar (baseball player and all) but he sounds a lot more intellectual...writing plays,,,his intensity about his work. Great sense of humour too.

Interesting what he said about ASP driving everyone too hard. Perhaps that was the tension on the set we were hearing about?

He sounds even sexier than I thought he would be.

Sassy did a great job. I would've been a blithering idiot.

Oh, but he DID seem to know that. Sassy mentioned in her previous accounts of the lunch, not only what she told SP, but SP's reactions. Her account of SP's reaction when she talked about the fans' disappointment in season 6, gave her the impression that he was aware of the backlash.

And somewhere the thought came up that he may have not been totally pleased with the storyline of season 6, but he had to keep his mouth shut, because...well, it's Amy (but I think many of us may think that now...) His description of how controlling ASP is...sounds like she's not the nicest boss to work with. He said more than once how they'd redo scenes over and over again, and she'd ask for a retake...no explanation, no praise or compliments...and that could be hard. "Mentally exhausting" is what his words (according to Sassy) were.

Was it just me, or was Lauren Graham NOT credited as Executive Producer last week?

There was this charity ,I guess, that SP was interested in, and they set up a 'lunch date with SP' gift. She bid on it, and she won! It's really not that special. I have no idea where the others get their 7:00 pm connection because I sure as heck don't have a clue. Global gets it at 10:00 pm on Tuesdays. Luckily, I have a 'box' and was able to pick up a CW signal so I can choose between 8:00 viewing and 10:00
