Is it really that bad? Is the tissue scene not even worth something? Oh man...................bitterness is back. It's back.

But eventually, doesn't she HAVE to have an epiphany? Or a realization or SOMETHING? She does have to realize she doesn't want to be married to Christopher.

Thanks for that, but he's still OUT in 15 right?

2ggObsessed I think what we have is great, good work at tying to keep up, watch the ep and do the recap!

That's correct, Craig.

Thanks 2gg. I’m in awe of your multi-tasking skills. I’m sure if I were doing it, it would look like a chimp had taken over the keyboard.

Ah right. I was putting too much faith in MA again. Never a good move.

It's a same Trix died. Right about now it would be so good to put her in her place. She has such short memory of grovelling to her.

Emily hasn't changed. Welcome back S5 Emily. Geez. Lordy.

But God Bless Luke.
I agree on all three of those counts.

What is it about this ep? And how fast she was pushing Luke away almost when he came.

Babette, Zach, Sookie, and Michel were great, though.

I'm sick of seeing Emily go back and forth from having compassion to being the super bitch she is. Why is it with these characters is 1 step forward and 2,000 backwards? I'm not a fan of this.

I adore Luke! I swear, no matter how bad this season is, SP still does an amazing job. He needs an emmy!

I agree from the sound Emily has not changed and I also can't work out how they go from this to what we hear in the audio promo, can't wait for the tv promo in a short while.

By everything we've seen onscreen it looks like Chris will end it.

And there aren't words to describe Emily. She treats Luke like an errand boy and it still pushing that tired 'blood is thicker than water' thing - obviously Chris is still her go to guy. What a joke.
The way the episode ended (no harsh words spoken, only repressed emotions), I can't see how they got to Christopher leaving for 2 days and returning 2 days to be told by Lorelai that she doesn't even want to be in the marriage.

I am specing that we will see Lorelai and Christopher having an argument in the teaser of the next episode where he then leaves for two days. He returns close to the end of the episode and they have a discussion where she tells him she wants out.

Either that or after visiting with Richard, Christopher leaves straight from the hospital without speaking to Lorelai and doesn't come back until 2 days later.

Sounds good and yes something has to happen.

Maybe someone needs to email Ausiello?

Mm. Seems Lorelai is having a "the guy I'm married to isn't the guy I want to spend 40 years with" moment.
