afrayedknot ITA with everything you just said. That's certainly how I interpreted that line.

So, am I right to think we were slightly disappointed again?
And how many LL scenes were there... cause I was really hoping to get some more for music videos, but from what you guys have said, I'm not sure if we got anything substantial?

That makes sense but it just sucks how they are dragging this out, at this rate we will not get L&L in till ep 22, I just hope we get S8!

Even though I don't mind the want to want you line, I do admit I'm annoyed that it looks like Chris is going to get off completely scot-free. He disappears, throws out accusations etc etc and Lorelai sits and takes it meekly each and every time. And she's more upset about things ending with Chris than she ever was with Luke. Chris is never going to get his smackdown is he? (and though I don't despise Lorelai, I still don't like her much and there's no way in hell she deserve Luke. Right now, I'd still rather Luke find someone else. He doesn't deserve a life of Lorelai's insecurities and a life of being treated like garbage by Emily.)

Spec on how the title will be used: Zach will talk about how Martha and Davey were baptized and that Lorelai was the godmother and he will probably say to luke, "Will you be my Lorelai Gilmore?"

Just a thought.

While I like the idea that Zach and Lane might be setting them up it sounds too much like what happened with Sookie to me.

Oy. Someone infuse me with some optimism please. Lorelai's reaction to Christopher showing up at the hospital KILLED ME. As did "I'm his son-in-law". As did her cold reaction to him in the beginning.

I.am.annoyed.

ETA: Where is the tour info about 7.17? I didn't see the thing about the Gilmores doing some remembering.

Ya know, when Emily was having her "I'm his wife" speech in the gift shop, I actually forgot Lorelai was a wife until Emily said so. I had an "oh, yeah" moment.

ugh, i was dying for that nurse to look at him and then ask "well then who's that guy?" and point at Luke.

So... 7.17 is gonna end with a cliffhanger for LL (and possibly RL) leaving off with the two of them standing in the dinner just looking at each other and then we're gonna get a six week hiatus. that's my bet.

and Luke as a godfather? has so much potential, but after all the dropped potential we've had, I'm betting DR manages to disappoint.

And why wouldn't she be happy? When you spend hours trying to reach someone, you're usually happy when they finally show up. As for why she didn't thank Luke, I don't know. It was an awkward situation.

Mainly over at twop on the spoilers only thread.

From what I'm picking up from the posts there and convos with the people from the tour, Lorelai/Rory/Emily end up reminiscing about babies it seems, Little Lorelai, Little Rory. Mia's brought up. Probably as a result of everything with Lane. And it seems like they're in a car, too. It's what LG, AB, and KB were filming today.
