I find this website useful when I am trying to figure out the episode acronyms and refresh my memory on what happened in them.

Gilmore Girls Episode Recaps
but I thought it was Blame Booze and Melville. That's what the CW site says and from Craig's site: Gilmore Girls - Acronym's

You're right. I just checked the booklet in my Season 5 DVDs and it is Blame Booze and Melville. So much for that website that I rely on. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

So I saw BISS this afternoon. It was good. Not amazing, but still pretty good. I don't think that it deserved all of the bad reviews it got.

OT: So either I'm insane or really nice because I'm going back outside after I nearly got frostbite putting gas in my car so I can give my roommate's brother a ride to work. No one should have to stand outside in -5 degree weather to wait for trains and buses tonight.

The titles of the two episodes where Luke and Lorelai had sex were longer than 2 words (WITS and BIOBAM). Note that the title for the episode where Luke and Lorelai obviously had wild sex that turned them upside down on the bed was even longer than WITS. Pretty telling don’t you think? Umh, if the word count in title is anything to go by Lorelai should be a very happy woman when she reunites with Luke.

Christopher, you can run but you can’t evade the small powers of the “2”. Luke is a one big standard to live up to.

The other episode when she had sex with him (and ran away in disgust and regret the next morning) was a 1-word title (Partings). At least he improved one notch to convince Lorelai to stay and give it another try. I guess she realized, however, that it wasn’t good enough to continue the delusion.

He can only go back down from here or stagnate because 2 is too high a standard to surmount.
Bwah!!!!!!!!

Wait..no

1.15 - Christopher Returns

2.22 - I Can't Get Started NOOooooo!!!! My fantasy..shattered...

Crap.

You're really nice. 'Cos you're right, no one should ... it's tough sometimes passing an isolated soul at a bus stop, because it's just not safe to offer a stranger a lift. Eh.

Hope you've warmed up again - it won't be cool if you're trying to type a reply with frostbitten fingers lol.

Yeah, I'm warmed up now. My fingers still feel a little stiff and weird, but I'll take that over the throbbing I was feeling while I was trying to put gas in my car. lol.

I just finish watching a movie call "Cake" starring David Sutcliffe. I find that whenever I am watching anything that he's in, all I can see is Christopher.

It's too bad when an actor's work in an unlikable role is the one that they are easily identified by when they star in other roles. The bright side to that, however, is that it takes a very good actor to stir up one's emotions and convincingly make their character believable.

Lorelai works up the courage to tell her parents about the break-up of her marriage, but is derailed by their argument over the healthy meals and no-alcohol policy Emily has instituted to help Richard recover from his heart attack. Lorelai enlists Sookie to bring Richard healthy but delicious meals
Why is Sookie cooking meals for Richard? Doesn’t Emily have a maid that cooks their meals and therefore should be able to make them healthy and appetizing? Could Emily have fired her and not gotten around to hiring a replacement? If so, how are they going to survive in that big house with Richard ill and no maid to cook and clean?

ignoring genki's post ... ignoring melodie's post ... hollywood has some serious problems, lol, and they're more long-standing than I previously realised....

It's kind of sweet, actually. I can see Richard complaining about the meals. The maid won't be a gourmet chef and Richard probably won't like healthy food that's merely appetizing. Sookie would have the extra talent to make meals that entice Richard to eat ... and it harks back to The Third Lorelai.

This could be nice.
