I think Gen's busy with schoolwork. Check out her livejournal. A few days ago, Melissa McCarthy's husband sent her an email (not that he knows Gen...read the LJ to get more details)

As for the hoo-hah that's going on in the MT (and the unfortunate bashing of messengers), it's mostly one person.

The MT is uglier than usual (if possible). Wasn't the full moon last week? Is this a delayed reaction?

Thanks for the spoilers, Bella and Sara. We appreciate them very much. If people had RL spoilers, they would share them. I don't believe anyone here is so petty that they wouldn't share RL spoilers.

a lot of us do really appreciate the info. It's crazy that good info is reacted to in the MT as it is in the MT... but that's the way it is

. We in here are all very happy about this news and that the sources were finally able to release their info.

It's the loss of others if they can't appreciate a spoiler -- any spoiler. It seems some are never satisfied, even if it is a spoiler about a character or couple they like.

Oh well, this thread is fun and silly and we should probably keep it that way.

IMO about Lorelai's epiphany, Luke will HAVE TO be a part of it. What makes this OK and to spin that she's not dumping Chris for Luke is that she still believes that Luke doesn't love her. She may break things off with Chris for many reasons that have and will build up, and one of them may have to do with Luke and what he has meant to her over the years. But that doesn't mean she goes running back to him immediately. That will come later with other realizations, as Katie I think said. Anyways, that's really all I have to say right now... must go to bed; I'm super-tired and tomorrow will be a long day. Night, all!!

Well some people (no name mentioned) take it as an attack if you don't have something for their shipper or that you are holding something back.

ETA - realizations, how many more will she have?

I think she realizes how much Luke has done and what she has missed with him as a friend, IMO she know/thinks it will never happen with him again when she breaks up with Chris. But over the following eps they will get closer again.

Yeah, I'm sure Luke will play a role in it all. That's why this letter and also Lorelai seeing Luke in a new light are also happening. But basically I guess, Lorelai will leave Chris because she realizes that she doesn't love him, or that they will never work, or that she just can't be with him, or whatever it is that causes her to end it.

It's good that she leaves Chris thinking she'll never have a shot with Luke. I've been speculating something like that since when we just had spoilers about CL dating. it's the best way, IMO to show growth on Lorelai's part. Realizing that she can't be with Chris, even if that means being alone and never having Luke back.

ETA: 'cause Luke is not Chris

I'll buy that. It'd be great to see her single & knowing she loves Luke, but thinking she has no shot with him & then to see how they progress from there...that'll be a show I can't wait to watch! Also, it'd be kinda nice to see her love him & him love her, both not knowing what the other is thinking, kinda like how it used to be...although it'll never be the same
