I'm very happy to now have some specs on another thread *cough* finally dismissed.

So many smilies. I'm glad to see this place happy... I'm too tired to join in...

I'd throw in some of my specs... but again, I'm too tired to rationally think them out, after a long seminar thing today. I've had such a long day... I must regroup. The only good thing about my day was a like three hour convo I had, with two other people during a break, about GG and LLC and RL that it was really interesting to talk to other people about it all besides CIPs. There's nothing like a healthy debate over Jess/Logan, Luke/Chris when you're not constantly being accused of being evil or stupid...

But the strange thing is, thanks to ABC family, even casual fans of GG know a lot more than casual fans of other shows, since they've seen eps three or four times. They were quoting just as many scenes as I was. And they went on and on about Luke and the horoscope and the TDDR behind the counter scene, and so many other things that I just thought CIPs held on to.

I feel happier. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off of me. It feels good.

I can't wait til the season starts up again.

I wonder if she'll voice out what she's thinking or it's emotions that we'll just have to watch out for. And if she does it voice out what she's thinking, I wonder to whom?

Well I'm not sure when it's "technically over", as in when the divorce is final, OR if the marriage is even legal. But you won't have to wait too long for it to be officially over as far as telling Chris and everyone else.

And no matter when the divorce is finalized (legal? anyone?)--i'm guessing if it isn't mutual, chris may put up a bit of a fight (seeing her deny him? good times!)--it's good to know it's over in her heart in 13

ETA: okay, i'm confused....she ends it, thinking Luke doesn't love her? and then i saw another quote saying the LC break-up isn't because she loves Luke? or am i just completely off base here?

i tend to think her breaking up w/ Chris will always be tied to how she feels about Luke...maybe not directly, or even in the front of her mind, but in her subconscious at least....maybe that's just me

that's what i'm taking out off ciao's and Sara's posts here and on the MT. That the CL breakup will be about CL, and just CL. Not about her feeling for Luke.

Anyone? am I correct in that interpretation?

Thanks and this is why I'm thinking very late 13 (last scene) or in 14. Maybe 13 is too packed with the hospital and Richard stuff.

Thanks for that. I kind of have this vision of Lorelai walking into the house at the beginning of 7.14, tapping Christopher on the shoulder, and saying "Hi. You and me? Done. You're out. Get out." It could be the NyQuil. That would personally be my favorite scene if it happened that way, though.

OT - Anyone else watching Grease: You're The One That I Want? It's pretty darn hilarious even though I hate American Idol type shows.

ooo man, i keep wondering when it's going to dawn on lorelai that she loves luke & wants to pursue him...but i know i should just bask in the knowledge that she ends this nightmare...only good spoilers now...and the LL ones should come all in due time...who am i kidding? i'm still speculating about that moment

Maybe she goes into the diner when it's busy, chases him for coffee only to give him a note on a horoscope again
