Mickey - I think the letter is going to be powerful and hit home to Chris how Lorelai feels not only about what Luke did for Rory and herself for 10 years but also what Chris didn't do, and even though she let him off in GB! this will bring that back up.

OT - they just run a story on TV about coffee shops and such that are not serving people on cell phones! LOL Luke's message is starting to take hold in the rest of the work, I'd love it if a GG fan had made a "No Cell Phones" sign made for their diner like the one Luke has.

I would like to know if there will be any mentioning of the fight between Luke and Chris in 7.10. If that will have any consequences especially in the upcoming fight between Lorelai and Chris?!

Can´t wait for the LL scene at the Inn.
Can´t wait for Luke´s face when he hears what Lorelai wrote.
Can´t wait for Dopey´s face, when he reads all the positive things his "wife" wrote.

Truth is, I don't want Lorelai to feel she has to hide the letter from Chris. All this hiding stuff is wrong, and we've had enough of it. And when/if he confronts her about it, she should ask him if he'd preferred her NOT helping a friend who'd always helped her and Rory.

And I don't think Lorelai won't remember Luke's role in their lives per se, just won't know how and what to focus on when writing that letter. It can be very difficult to write, especially when there's so much emotion involved.
