Well, sadly, I´m expecting a stupid, quick, kiss on the the cheek reconciliation.....anything else would be a total surprise....

Don´t go over there Craig. Some stupid discussion as always. Even so stupid that I´m asking myself if some of them have seen the same show as me....

I think they should combine the first part of Season 6 and the second part of Season 7 and call it one box set. I'd buy it (if the second half of S7 isn't a bust).

I'm trying to make sense of the insanity and just left a post.

I hope we get more than a quick kiss, but first I'm hoping for a blow out to clear the air and I just hope that ep 2 was not the end of that. The stuff in the street was good but they really didn't clear much up IMO.

And the supermarket Luke had given up, even though I think Lorelai want to talk more then. Now we have them talking and it just feels weird like they meet at some point between ep 2 and 8 and we just didn't see it on screen.

ETA - AudiRox so where do we skip? Cut S6 at ep 6.09 and pick up with Luke kicking Dopey's ass in ep 7.10?

also I thought I'd get the S60 thread started again, but without spoilers I think it will stay dead for a while.

The MT makes me want to claw my eyes out...

I'm trying to make sense of it all as well, but I probably just made it worse...

For Luke to ever trust Lorelai again... hmm... she needs to show him, and not just give him the words, like ILY or something. She'll really need to fight to prove herself, imo, and once Luke sees how hard she's fighting, I really think he'll forgive her and be able to trust her again. He's Luke, it'll take time to crack his outer shell, but once she does, she'll be in, imo, back into his heart and mind, and trust and everything.

Katie, some people on the MT will never get it.....just ignore them, it´s hard I know, cause sometimes, well, most of the time, their arguments are just too stupid. Ignore them, laugh about them, and throw in some sarcastic posts to pi$$ them off even more....

Yeah, I really wanna know how Lorelai will win back Luke´s AND our trust....

Lookie at what i found for ep. 11: Bo Barret .... Cashier. Looks like the cashier in this picture to me.

I still want to know what all the "townspeople" listed under ep. 11 on imdb are for. Customers at the diner are usually called "customer" as are DFI people. So it makes it seem like something must happen out in town...

IMO if there is a secret (for the un-spoilt) it might be Lorelai admitting her feeling for Luke, we can but dream

If it's not clear in the ep. description, then I think it'll just be a random quote by Lorelai/Rory about snow, or gifts, or something else like that.

I would say after Dopey is gone, she'll drink her coffee at the diner again, 'cause now she is on a friendly basic with Luke.

One day Dopey shows up ( and he wouldn't be Dopey when he wouldn't think like he think right now) 'cause he wants Lorelai back and he's thinking (his dopeythinking) that it would be easy 'cause it was always easy for him to get his Lor back.

He walks in the diner and says to Lorelai ( he can't say Lorelai, it's to long for him):
Lor, come with me. I love you, i'll give you everything what you want (or something like that, and he's sure that she'll go with him, how stupid).

Lorelai looks at Dopey, Luke, Dopey, than a longer look at Luke, than she says (with her eyes on Luke)
NO THANK YOU, i don't love you (for this she looks at Dopey)and you can't give me that what i want.
All i want or need is here (she looks at Luke when she says that).

Dopey is pissed and leaves (maybe he says something more).

Luke could trust her more 'cause she kicked Dopey out, right in front of him.

Ok it needs a little bit more but it's a beginning.

And here they are, looking at eachother over the counter and both know that is a new beginning.

Fridaynightdinner sounds good to me

and ITA she needs to do something (actions bigger than words) in front of Luke or that Luke will find out about and turning down Dopey is the way to go. I doubt she will say she doesn't love him ('cause I think she will always) but maybe she says "I don't love you that way" or enough.

ETA - maybe Luke will say he's sorry that the marriage didn't work, kinda like Lorelai did with Nicole.

I think that if Chris is around after ep. 13, WBB-ing it or something, but Lorelai's also talking with Luke again, and Luke sees that she's not going back to Chris. It could also help him see that she's really all in with Luke, all out with Chris.
