Did i mention that if DR keeps using DS so much I don't know what i'll do? It's unbelievable how he is trying to shove him in our face!!! We get it they are together and we get that they are "happy" (

) but please enough of him.

Who wants to bet that when l/l are back together we won't see them much? This guy is STUPID

i was kinda hoping that Coop arrests Christopher and Luke for fighting, and the town goes and bails Luke out and leaves Lorelai to deal with her outsider husband.

if it weren't for that spoiler about Patty and Babette and the welcome basket, i'd give up complete hope at this point for anyone on this show being truthful about how they feel about LC and/or holding onto that feeling for more than 15 minutes. I've definitly given up hope about Rory after last night. When did she become such a pushover?

i agree with you, although i hope i'm wrong too! the only good i can see out of this is that when lorelai finally wakes up, it'll be b/c she realizes chris isn't right for her...not b/c others told her, but that she saw it......i wonder how much we can read into the word 'ephiphany'....i really want a moment for lorelai, something like 'luke can see her face' when we get lorelai realizing that luke is who she wants....i'm trying to stay optimistic that it'll all turn out okay and LC will be done by 7.13, but it's hard....i just hope the writing improves...seriously, DR needs to rewatch the series! all those great LL-soulmate moments (2.3...4.21....)

and is it just me or has the wittiness gone down this year? i remember when each new episode had an amazing line or gilmorism

No I think the townies will be on Luke's side here and we know he's going to ruin the festival, Babette and Miss Patty pulling a stunt and I bet the rest will follow. But I'm really curious if the bartender is for that Jackson/Chris scene and he is in both epsides 9 and 10 what that means.

The wittiness might have gone down this year, but imo, I'd rather have more average dialouge and a few good jokes and references than eps that try way too hard to be like ASP that it's painful. I really liked the dialouge in the last two eps... it wasn't like ASP-style, but that's ok, imo..

genuinelorelai, I think it's safe to hope for a good epiphany scene... but just how do we get to that point. That's what's still bugging me. Some major things have to be happening in ep. 11 and 12, but what are they?

Her storyline has become a guessing game regarding what unrequited love she will end up with - if any. Between her indecisiveness and a lack of open exposition on the matter, I've lost interest in who Lorelai really loves, despite who she may or may not marry (cough, Christopher, cough).

Maybe, but more likely he could be used in the bar, then at the party in ep 10, unless there is a 2nd bars scene.

I would have actually liked it if they went to talk/drink then there could at least be a reason to the fight, they were pissed. As it is now it looks like they meet in the town square, now whether it was arranged or just by chance we'll just have to wait and see.

OT - I'm using FireFox 2 for the first time today and it has a handy built in spell check when doing posts like this (just like Word) really makes doing posts a lot easier.

Every week I rewatch my favorite scenes in an ep on Gilmorefan... this week's version for me was rather short: The LL scene then the final scene... *wipes away tears* poor Lukey. I just want to give him a big hug.
