Do we know if there is any L/L interaction next week besides the look they share across the square that we saw on the promo? Not that it'll make it to the show since they seem to be editing a lot of stuff. All of that edited stuff better make it to the DVD sets.

I was thinking about that too. And I think with some of the episodes, like FT, the scenes just weren't working. I mean, her face in the hotel room "let's elope" scene was even less enthused than the aired version, if possible. It would be nice to actually have worthwhile bonus features. Not that I actually care about extra Christopher scenes. but I really want the bonfire scene with Luke and April.

I want that bonfire scene too. I love Daddy Luke so I want to see anything I can.

Welcome to all the new posters on the thread!

I don't think we have any info on some LL interaction next week - too bad because as much as we'd love to see them together, it seems from some accounts here, that all these new writers really need to practice writing LL together. God knows they haven't had much opportunities for that, and I guess it shows. (I myself haven't seen the ep. yet, though.)

I enjoyed the LL stuff tonight. It was far too short, but I thought it was good. I shows that they can still get along. I think that it will be good for them to friends for now. Although soon Chris won't like it and I can see him freaking out about Luke being around(besides the fight). Uh, duh! You live in a small town and Lorelai could only avoid him for so long.

I'm trying to keep my expectations low, but they're building up, unfortunately, the longer I have to wait to see the episode.

It seems like DR's moto is if you blink you'll miss it. While he keeps throwing c/l in our face.

I have not seen the episode so far but is it true that Chris wants to redecorate Rorys room for Gigi - WITHOUT asking Rory???

And how reacts Lorelai on that one?

She is 13 - and it would mean to have to find a new school, new friends, ...
And since she just found her father and started to get a really good realtionship with him - I kind of think, that she won't be to happy about her mothers wishes!

So Luke notices the ring, but Lorelai doesn't notice his hat?! Even Rory noticed he changed his hat.

I also thought they should have been more awkward when they saw each other since they haven't even spoken in 6 months. I don't know if it was the writing or the directing, but it didn't make sense at all. You would think the actors would try to convey to the writers that this is not who the characters are especially since they supposedly have more input since ASP left.

Then drag out the divorce, WHY?

Sounds like a kid that doesn't want to give back his toy. IMO E&R with help out if this SL happens, along with Luke.

so not cool.

I've done even more thinking and I think the things that i'm most upset about is how they're just destroying LL with everything CL do. The bass stood out to me last night... Not just by getting married, but then by living in the CS, kissing on the couch that some of my favorite LL moment were on, sitting at that table in the kitchen when all I can see is 21ITLN and TPDR, Rory's bedroom. It's Rory's room. I'm so mad about that. GiGi is replacement child. Lorelai cried over that room because in her mind it was Rory. in ep. 6.01, and then in LMHYBRO, and Luke wouldn't even let TJ think about changing that room.

And Chris, must he change everything? I just can't wait until he gets even more controlling and jealous and pouty and everything.

Like when he got pouty last night because Rory wasn't happy and just told Lorelai. I wanted to tell him that it's too damn bad, but it's Rory and Lorelai... you blew your shot at that relationship years ago.
