All the times I have seen LG in an interview I can barely recall if she has ever finished a sentence or gotten through one without laughing - it is so distracting. I'm sure it has happened, I've just never seen it.

I'm starting to get excited for tonight. It's such a major ep. I want to see emotional Lorelai, hopefully emotional Emily/Richard, too. I want to see Rory finally walk across the stage at Yale. I'm looking forward to seeing Luke's reaction, because no one plays hurt as well as Scott. I'm excited to see Janet and Tana tonight, because it's been way too long. There's plenty to look forward to when you try to forget about the Chris factor and everything with RL.

Actually, yes. I can't get up for it - and it irritates me that I can't. I feel a little bruised and battered by this week's news and having to look at Chris' face tonight isn't helping my mood - but my problem, my problem. For those who can still look forward to the next 2 episodes, my hat's off to you. I'm hoping my own personal black cloud will lift and that I will be able to enjoy the last episode with a lighter heart.

That was sarcasm, right? Sometimes it's hard to tell on these boards.

The only thing that shocked LG was the CW calling her bluff. Surprise Surprise. And I wouldn't expect the show to go out with any fanfare. As far as the CW goes, it's dead in the water and they'd rather move on asap.

After seven years of L/L taking their good old time meandering along, zig-zagging to the altar, at the 11th hour, "there wasn's enough time" to get them married. THAT's what makes me the angriest. And the fact that in the history of television series', lesser shows have gotten sendoffs worthy of their longtime veiwer loyalty.

St Elsewhere. Ed. Friends. Raymond. Seinfield. A million others I can't remember. HELL EVEN KING OF QUEENS is getting alot of hulabaloo on their finale. And most of those long running shows made sure to show how grateful and appreciative they were to the fans for their loyalty with a finale that doubles as a big THANK YOU to the fans.

And we get....a very nice season finale.

You described my feelings perfectly. Two eps to go - and only one that I can even enjoy.

I always thought we'd get a little more. It's a lesson in loyalty.

i ssaw LG on Ellen today and its good to hear that the show will be wrapped up nicely hopefully to everyones satisfaction. i'm just glad L/L are getting back together.

Ciao, ITA with your sentiments on how this show is ending and being sent off.
It's an insult to the show, its wonderful characters, the actors and crew and writers and to us fans.

I'm seriously starting to think that the network is truly scared the ending might get great ratings if promoted in the way that the show is worthy of.
