Somebody mentioned a virtual season on a previous thread. I think it was Cassie, but from what I gathered, some people were getting together and collectively outlining an 8th season. I'm not sure if it's in fanfics or scripts or what, though.

The new understanding comes right after journey and epiphany in my books so I don't expect much.

ILY - never ever want to hear it on the show ever again. They can stuff it. Never liked those stupids words in the first place and the show displayed once again why.

It's important - singing "I Will Always Love You" Lorelai expressed her love to the people she is "in love" with - as a mother she said it to Rory, and then to Luke. The karaoke event began for fun, but ended very serious.

She goes out to a restaurant and her agent calls the restaurant and says "I need to talk to Lauren Graham she is eating there and I need to speak to her. "
In my opinion that is strange.
Lauren has a cell.
I would think her agent would call her cell.
I mean my agent calls my cell for every little thing, never my home phone or the club or resturant or store he happens to know i am at.
Hell, he calls my cell if he spots Jennifer Aniston at the Coffee Bean or when he is shopping for underwear. Anyways not really the point

I think you'll find GG is broadcast in HDTV and has been since Season 4.

Real ILY from Luke and Lorelai in the final would be great, maybe they kiss at the party, then the next morning share a quick kiss before Luke goes to get their food and they exchange "I love you" not to down play them but to show they are back and maybe the ILY we heard on screen are not the only ones they every had.

Just a pity she didn't jump Luke in the bar after the song, or that Luke didn't go after her. And if Rory was so worried why didn't she go after her?

Ava it is a little weird knowing how close they were to a deal that Lauren didn't have her phone on (not very Lorelai LOL) maybe she just wanted a nice night out and away from it all. Maybe the question should be who was she out with, a girl friend or "boy" friend? Laurne is never gonna tell.

I don't think the weirdness of it, erases the fact she got the news while having dinner at restaurant, which is so not way to tell you your show is ending. The cw should have told them in a meeting that since they couldn't make a deal, they were cancelling the show. not have her agent calling her with the news at dinner.

A lot of things could have happened with her cell phone.No battery, on vibrate, a lot a noise and she couldn't hear it ... But I just don't think that's the important part.

Or maybe she was in a business meeting and switched the cell off. Her agent set it up for her so he/she knew where Lauren was.

What else I find really odd is that no one gave an interview or statement yet. Nothing from DR. Nothing from any of the actors. I mean the show ends in not even 2 weeks, it was on the air for 7 seasons shouldn't at least someone say something ?

Yup!! I wont be able to watch Idol so i'll have to tape it b/c of GG and i dont have Tivo. Lets pray for a Blake, Jordin, Melinda top 3 and let the top 2 be Blake and Jordin!

I really cant beelive this show is ending...we were so sure of a S8..it still shocks me.
