Thanks for the 8mandate update, Mots. It's always nice to know you're being heard.
And I agree with you Capp, TPTB have to already know if it's a season or series finale. I think they're starting on 7.19 this week, so really, not much wriggle room left in terms of changing major SLs. __________________

 See and that's another reason why there will be another season. If that was the last one they would have moved faster with everything. The whole LC experiment would have ended earlier and they would have brought LL back on track faster. We got one scene this week. Next week we'll probably get another one - if we're lucky even two. That's episode 17. In 18 they have a big conversation and in 19 another big thing is happening. That only leaves 3 more episodes in which they want to bring the show to an end ? I don't think so. There are so many lose strings at the moment. Not only with LL but also with RL. There is so much coming up there they can't wrap that up in 3 episodes and give the show a good ending. OK RL always solve their problems in one episode and love each other to death at the end so they can pull that with them but not with LL. __________________

Well. now that we know Luke is capable of jumping, I think we will see him do just that. I think we are seeing him evaluating his life and seeing that if he doesn't change things he's going to be a lonely old man. April cannot be his whole life. I just wish he had seen that last spring.

I could be wrong (I don't remember it very well) but in a Ausiello interview with DSR - didn't Ausiello ask him if he was writing this season as if it was the last and he said no?
If it was the end it would be a satisfying end but it could also be used as a "new beginning" for a new season? I think it was something like that. __________________

Well till the time LL make up it will be 2 months since c/l have break up/divorced whatever, so i don't consider that jumping. Especially since it will be to the love of her life! And since her marriage/joke lasted the same amount of time!

Well, if she really realizes her own true feelings and sees that Luke still loves her I can see her wanting more. It's not like it's this new, random guy whom she is just getting to know. They know each other so well and it's all about trust and being ready for it. And I can see them both being ready once they talk about what happened and how they feel.

I really think she already knows she still loves him. She just so believes in those words he said last spring especially after being pretty much being shut out of his life for weeks before that. I too think Luke has to start something. He started this mess and now he has to step up to bat and start the fix. He was the idiot first. Emily was so right.
