The best information we have for now is that they break up. We don't know if its permanent or temporary. The best information we have is that she turns him down. There is the news that they shot several different versions of the reaction to the proposal so there's hope that they won't break up anyway. But once again, the best information we have is that they break up after the proposal.

So basically this is the worst ending to a tv show ever! and I know I'm not going to even watch. what a waste of a season. DSR is a dumb***!

BTW I heard it from 2 different sources that Rory turns Logan down, we just don't know why.

...maybe she talked to the same shrink as Lorelai did last season?

As I said I heard it from 2 different sources that Rory turns Logan down, we just don't know why.

Craig --- while I understood and appreciated the sarcasm of your Logan with the horses post, I think this is a very sensistive time for R/L fans and as we know from abou this time last year --- sarcasm doesn't necessarily read so well when you're upset about your 'ship.

I remember the same thing going on at the MT about all the LLC drama. I believe your statement to be in jest and I think it was just miscommunicated due to our sensitive states right now. Had i read that last night I probably wouldn't have gotten the joke that Logan is being screwed by DR&Co. much like JJs were with the LLC thing.

After reading the posts from today....i don't think this will go down a la Humphrey and Ingrid --- I have a glimmer of hope that our ship will sail into the sunset and VOLTRON ENDURES!!!!! Where's that train??? I still have my ticket in hand!!!! WOOOOOOOOOT!!!!

ETA: jason must be playing with the voodoo spirits again as I see I am channelling some of his personality!!!!

Craig, we do not need the REASON. That it's happening is bad enough. Seriously, this puts a capper on the relationship FOREVER. If they bring Matt back next year. What's the point? She said; "NO." This is worse...yes...worse...than Lorelai ****ing Chris moments after leaving Luke. This is a woman saying to a man that he's not good enough to marry or she's not ready to marry. Which means she does not love him as much he loves her. Reason? Reason goes out the window with the way they write Rory as being a ****ing idiot.

Well Christopher was still friendly with Lorelai after she turned down his marriage proposal twice I know it might be a bad example and I understand if Logan would want no contact with Rory after she declines but in GG land things sometimes don't make sense. So DR could find a contrived way to make them so called "friends" I am still angry

Logan proposes to the woman he thinks he's gonna spend the rest of his life with (probably after her graduation.) He even brings two white horses and a white carriage.

She says no. (One onlooker at USC described that when Logan gets on his knees, Rory gets angry. Lovely, no? Just what every guy wants to see when proposing...)

Logan rides off into the end of the show rejected in love. (there is another spoiler that says he's not in 7.22)

Matty Roush will love it. It's the "dream" ending for all Logan haters.

I think that maybe he is in 22, even though they said he's not. I mean, there was talk of a SF set. I also think that maybe Rory is mad at him at the time he proposes and tells him no because she is so angry. Then maybe once she cools down (in 22?) she'll realize what just happened. Kinda like Lorelai sleeping with Chris when she was so mad and then realizing the next morning what she'd done.

I concur. The guy would instantly think something along the lines of: "she never really loved me."
