I don't get a breaking up vibe either. I think Logan is being written as the guy. I just think that if there's a season 8 and if Alexis is signed on, neither of which I think will happen, anything is possible and I really don't have trust in DR's ability to write new characters, love interest or not.

That's amusing. She'll have to actually see him, and have a conversation, to do that. When's the last time that happened this season? Oh, I think ep 11. A meaningful one, oh a season and a half ago. Whatever. So stupid. It's not like anyone would actually want Rory's graduation to be about Rory. Have Rory do it so no one can throw stones.

Also, Rory's is the only part of the landscape where they feel comfortable monkeying around. Notice, no new townies. But because Yale was only a few seasons old it all got wiped clean. I agree, I don't trust them to write/create new characters, and more importantly follow through with them. Olivia was the best of the newbies and she got shuttled off asap. I liked her.

Well, if Logan is in SH for HBM, that is when Rory will see Luke. Makes sense to me. She will probably ask him then, my guess.

He'll be with April. Rory barely exists when she's around. As evidenced by the 2 times all 3 have been together. As Emily so prophetically said, blood, it's thicker than water. Plus, she knows Chris is coming, and likely realizes it might create a tense situation. Until I see her invite him on screen I'm going with Lorelai.

I'm not sure MA have spoiler that say Rory will acctually talk to him, it could be Lorelai inviting him or he just comes because a lot of Star Hollowers are.

LOL, just his usual bsing? If a bunch of them came, also rather stupid. And a very contrived way to get Luke there. Since most all of them didn't bother to come to her Chilton one.

I agree. I liked Olivia too. And she would be a perfect match for Finn or even Brian. Too bad DR didn't use her more. Well, too bad he didn't use Finn...or Colin. And where is Brian?

Considering we spent a day discussing how if Rory invites him it will be totally different than if Lorelai invites him, how is this not substantive?

I didn't actually listen to it so I don't know what his tone was, but he's sure could imply that he doesn't know/hasn't heard anything specific, but he assumes that Rory invites him.

I thought it would be up to Rory, it's her day so her choice, I just wonder did she ask as a friend or is Luke back with Lorelai. Not that that influenced her in 3.22.

OT - I just love it when they answer one of my questions, I just we just need word on Logan now?

BTW - it's not up on iTunes yet but they are slow some weeks.

ETA - I doubt there will be a lot of townies at the graduation, just a small group like at Chilton.

Thanks. Looking at that and I just listened to it, that was definitely not spoiler voice. I was just MA saying he thinks she will and the way he said it he was picturing a "cute" scene.
