In my eyes, I'm concentrating on who they didnt mention and knowing she's in the ep and Kevin praises her talents once again, its safe to say her role is the most important this ep lol

If Julian and Alchemy are in the same scene I guess we can officially rule out them being the same person.

Julian second name "Albert" seems like a clue to me, since one of Doctor Alchemy's identities is Albert Desmond. And that also doesn't rule out Julian being a good person, since Alchemy suffered from identity disorder, having one "good" personality and an "evil" one.

So maybe it's like a Jekyll and Hyde thing going on and Julian is a meta human, but unaware of it.

Quite possible. Though, if we go from Comics, Dr. Alchemy found the Philosopher's stone, which granted him incredible power. I really don't think he was ever a meta human, but, perhaps on this show, he will be.
