So do we think Wells gets to accomplish his goal by the end of the season? I know Tom is staying on the show, but RF is so obsessed with Barry it's not like he won't come back to screw with him eternally... Meanwhile he'll leave Eddie as Cobalt Blue to mess with Barry?

Also, RF needs to realize he can't kill Barry and, later, use Flashpoint as the way around (s2?).

Flashpoint is probably gonna be 3+ eps, so they have to figure out how to include Cisco/Joe/Cait... Iris will probably take Lois Lane's role as the bamf war reporter.

This is confusing.

So Eddie is kidnapped by RF in 1.22 ...but they already found him and he's back to normal? Maybe this is a flashback to an argument they had.

I think he got kidnapped in 1x21 on the bridge. At least that's what it looked like.

I believe he's kidnapped in 1x21. And it's possible that Wells just lets him go. Probably doesn't do any real physical harm to him either.

I know he gets kidnapped in 1.21, but I'd assume that's at the end of the episode since Iris/Barry are talking about him being gone in 1.22.

Seriously though, Eddie getting kidnapped/released so quick is kinda odd for a penultimate episode.

IDK. Maybe I'd find it odd if we didn't know about the Eddie/Eobard connection. But it's likely just a setup for something more.
