One thing that makes me uncertain is why would Karl be in attendance if Mike and Katherine are getting married? He's not friends with Mike and I've never seen him interact with Katherine. I'm not even sure they know each other. But he's on good enough terms with Susan to be present at her wedding. So I don't know.

It's Mary Alice's line and Karl.. But I've been thinking a lot and maybe Karl's presence is suppose to give us the sign of who the bride is.

But they went to 2 months after.. We never know.
It's a small but really freakin hard cliffhanger

And it would make sense if that's why he was there no matter which one is the bride. I mean, why would he even go to his ex-wife's wedding?

Well, she could invite him but the last time they saw each other, they argued and he got painted

Probably he went after Bree and just sit there. I don't know why but something tells me that those 2/3 months that they fast forwarded has something behind all this

Unfortunately I think it is Katherine to.
I think after the Mike/Susan kiss fans are expecting it to be MS who got married, but that is exactly why I think its MK, otherwise it is to predictable
