I don't think it's Cap just because he's not important enough. After the way the finale ended, killing off a character that's barely in the show doesn't really make much of an impact. At this point, the only two characters I see being killed off are Cruz or Hermann. Cruz being the most likely since Hermann has the big family and the show has already done that with Darden.

We did get confirmation that Otis and Dawson were going to survive the explosion though..

So at this point, it's looking more and more likely that Shay is going to die. I'm really hoping it's not the case.
