The guy's hair is too dark/long to be CMM's even if he has grown it out.

I don't know, maybe the video is too blurry but that guy in the shower kind of looked like Jake to me. At a side angle it's Nathan, but when the guy turned around, the facial expression looked like one of BG's.

I really hope that it's just bad quality streaming video. Jake is riding off into the sunset on his motercycle and it'd be utterly senseless if it was Jake. Brooke has shown no signs of attraction to him. And if it was (way far out possibility) to get back at Peyton for last year, that'd just be the quickest/most poorly handled character personality progression/regression EVER. That's just all my often uber incorrect speculation though.

And I hope it's Nathan just because of teh Nookie. But then that's kind of off topic in the B/L spoiler thread.
