For decades, ex-government agent Raymond "Red" Reddington (James Spader, "The Office," "Boston Legal") has been one of the FBI's most wanted fugitives. Brokering shadowy deals for criminals across the globe, Red was known by many as "The Concierge of Crime." Now, he's mysteriously surrendered to the FBI with an explosive offer: He will help catch a long-thought-dead terrorist, Ranko Zamani, under the condition that he speaks only to Elizabeth "Liz" Keen (Megan Boone, "Law & Order: Los Angeles"), an FBI profiler fresh out of Quantico. For Liz, it's going to be one hell of a first day on the job.

What follows is a twisting series of events as the race to stop a terrorist begins. What are Red's true intentions? Why has he chosen Liz, a woman with whom he seemingly has no connection? Does Liz have secrets of her own? Zamani is only the first of many on a list that Red has compiled over the years: a "blacklist" of politicians, mobsters, spies and international terrorists. He will help catch them all... with the caveat that Liz continues to work as his partner. Red will teach Liz to think like a criminal to "see the bigger picture" - whether she wants to or not.

Only the Courier is a ghost no one including Red, knows what he looks like. While racing to stop the mysterious criminal transaction, Liz (Megan Boone), inadvertently finds herself thrust into a dangerous kidnapping plot. Meanwhile, Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff) must finally accept that Liz is a valuable asset to the team. Ryan Eggold, Harry Lennix and Parminder Nagra also star.

10/28/2013 (10:01PM - 11:00PM) (Monday) : EAGER TO EXONERATE TOM, LIZ TRIES TO LEARN THE TRUTH – MARGARITA LEVIEVA GUEST STARS – After Tom (Ryan Eggold) confronts Liz (Megan Boone) about the box – he claims he’s innocent and insists that they turn it into the FBI so his name can be cleared. Elsewhere, Red (James Spader) informs Liz and the FBI that the next name on the Blacklist is beautiful and deadly corporate terrorist, Gina Zanetakos (guest star Margarita Levieva). Diego Klattenhoff, Parminder Nagra and Harry Lennix also star.

Have to agree with whoever said that Tom was shady when he didn’t’ call the FBL when she asked him to…

I mean your wife has a gun to her head ad you do nothing ?!?!

But if Red KNOWS Tom is bad, why hasnt he done anything?

I'm interested in what part of the revelations EP refers to. Assassination in Brussels? Or Ressler's ex?
I read an interesting theory on tumblr. It is speculated that the girl in VICAP system, Lucy Brooks is Ressler's ex, Audrey. If this is the case, that definitely impact the show and other characters. This is the link http://resslersbananapeel.tumblr.com...e-couldve-just

But the theory is not that solid,IMO

1. They split up because of Red.
2. Ressler confirms she is still on the next of kin list. So bureau called her sounds reasonable.
3. There are no much more backstory of these two. When did they break up? I assume it has been at least one year. If her target is Red, she should not leave Don. Audrey is engaged again.
