Brooke is great single and the only time I have liked her with someone is with Lucas. It was magical. Felix and Nick sucked and I only minorly tolerated Chase just because I like Stephen. Owen is like this big blah guy to me. I think the title of the next thread should have something to do with Bevin thinking that BL were getting married. | Molly. I love NH too. And tonight is gonna be bad for us Naliens.  I'm not looking forward to it. But then again I can't remember looking forward to an episode.. like really looking forward to one for quite some time now. I thought Mark was going crazy because of what he was doing to BL but I never saw him screwing up Naley... they are sacred in my opinion. And he's really messing up the show with this nanny. Did you see Micheala say that Torrey was attacked by a fan in the gym-- saying that she was ruining the show!!  I was joking about BJ.. while I would like it if it could wake up Lucas.. I don't want Brooke to have Peyton's sloppy seconds either. I think if she can't have her true love.. then they should end her single. With a child to love of course.. Because we all know that she would be a wonderful mother. | |||

I'm sorry for not sticking to the board for a while but as for all of you OTH just plain and simple sucked for me...but I'll definitely find some time to catch up and come here more often... | i don't understand why mark would have such a loved and wonderful character (BROOKE!) show all these signs of STILL being in love with Lucas if he wasn't go to do something with it.  It would be sad to see her end alone but I would rather that than have her be with someone when she is obviously still in love with lucas...but I do what her to have a baby!!-OT but I went in the LP forum and they were talking about an LP baby and I felt sick...NO! Brooke must be the one to have his child or noone!!! RIGHT???  __________________ | |||

| if mark makes LP have a baby then OTH is over. Not just because i don't want a LP-baby, but because that would close off all remaining storylines. | Yay Lynn, you know i need something good to down tonight's episode with You know what i just realized and it kinda pissed me off. When Peyton went to Lucas in the gym and gave him that whole speech about letting him go, everyone gratified her and was talking about true love and its sacrifices or what not. Totally ignoring the fact that Brooke did exactly the same thing and maybe even more last season, she just never actually went to him and flaunted it in Lucas' face. What's the point of making the sacrifice if you're gonna go to the person and shove it in their face. Brooke didn't want to give Lucas doubt cuz she believed he loved both girls but Peyton was his ultimate or whatever and she would make him happier. So she just let him go silently leaving the heartache only to herself. and to me that is much more noble than going to the person and telling them "by the way, im letting you go" I don't know why Brooke's good actions go unnoticed within the show....in fact most BL symbols have been downplayed for the most part. -where the hel! are the letters they sent to each other? is lucas still keeping them like he kept peyton's stuff before -the fact that they are both godparents to the same child. we haven't seen one scene that joins the two of them with their godson -Brooke was a huge part of Lucas' high school love life. Why doesnt anyone mention her and how she was written in Lucas' book? agh, this show aggravates me - __________________ [size=1] ~Rana ~ | |||

| I totally get you angelaluvszeke, but you know what. I don't even care if Peyton is played as his soulmate, names and labels never really matter to me anyway. and to be honest with you, i've actually tried to like LP because i was trying my best to watch the show i loved for more than three years, but it just never happened. Maybe if Mark hadn't wrote BL in the way he did for S2 and S3, then maybe i could've accepted LP, maybe even liked them. But, to me, everything about BL just seems right. They have so much material - the letters, the matching tattoos, a godson, lucas' ONLY embarrassing speeched both for her, the fact that they never hurt anyone before and throughout their relationship and the fact that they both realized what they want in each other without anyone being a third party, Lucas' repeated declarations that she is the one How can Mark just ignore that? Not only that , but the very abrupt and tasteless way that LP got together in season 4. It was like WTF? Lucas tells Peyton that Brooke is the one he wants standing next to him when his dreams come true. Then a few episodes later, oh never mind - it's Peyton. And don't even get me started on how comfortable Peyton was being with Lucas infront of her best friend after she had first hand in breaking them up! Season 4, to me, was like character suicide to so many people on the show. Sorry for the rant...it's just sometimes i feel that something big and unpleasant must have happened suddenly to make Mark change the course of the show 180 degrees like that.
