Oh notit is. I'm just curious if it is another country, simply because of the airport for one. Most adoptions in America are more local, atleast legal ones. People meet with birth mothers mostly nowadays too.

Usually local agencies are handling the adoption. Now, foreign adoptions can come alot quicker than American, but still can take a long time usually.

It just seems more likely Brooke would get a child, especially a daughter(since some countries disregard little girls more), from another country than America if she's getting one this fast, but again it's mark so who knows.

And you're right too, most change the given name. So who knows if it's Brooke or a given.

Dude, ever since I watched that Desperate's Housewives eppie that Gabrielle and her husband adopted a little girl and then they took it away from her I've been dreaming about a scene like that in TH> With Brooke as the mother and I never thought it could ever happen. I can't believe it could happen now.

If the scene is anything like the DH one [and knowing Mark it will] Sophia will just rock it too much for our own good.

I think there's a huge blank between 513 and 514 that needed to be filled. It's really weird that in one eppie Patricia almost says she's not "mom material" and next eppie she has a baby flying home to her.

I don't think it's a foreign baby. You just don't go and get a baby like that in one week... anywhere in the world. I think she's just babysitting or something. I think it's weird though that there are no kids to be adopted in TH. :/

OH MY GOSH Lynn that update was so beautiful and wonderful and heart wrenching and sad. I can't write a review right now because I am still trying to compose myself. That chapter was great. Thank you so much, I really needed that after today's spoilers. It was so good that I think I am going to go back and reread it to see if there was anything I missed.

So then I guess Ausiello was lying again when he said one of the girls wanted Lucas to be the father of her baby. I still don't understand though, why we would get a BL flashback during his wedding, if the whole baby SL has nothing to do with Lucas.

I still think we might be able to get some BL. Brooke might adopt a baby but she is still going to want the baby to have a father figure and I could see Lucas being that but knowing our luck Owen will be there for Brooke and the baby...

Lynn..the update was amazing!

I like the baby storyline, I just wish it wasn't so rushed. Yeah, there's a month in between 5.12 and 5.13. But there needs to be an even longer time froma between 5.13 and 5.15.

Side note..so glad to see Deb back. The crazies of Tree Hill unite!

Ausiello is a dumbass, I admit. I mean we're talking about a guy who decided Logan from Gilmore Girls was gay because of a gender ambiguous bridesmaid's name. But I don't think he would just lie about that. He's an idiot and frequently interprets things wrong. But saying something was based on a screener? Why would he deliberately put wrong information out there? The point of his job is being in the know. So, I think there has to be something in the episode that leaves at least room for interpretation that she asked Lucas to be the father of her child.

I have a feeling that the point of the speed is so that all the paper work hasn't gone through yet and that Brooke is going to lose this baby.

Assuming that Angie is her adopted child.
