She's pretty and that's important when trying to see anything

It will be interesting to see the power shift but I don't think they will change Penny's feelings towards Leonard or marrying him.

I still hope see can do the acting, maybe while working she is spotted by a talent agent? Or should we just let go of that dream?

Qualifications for being a sales rep at pharmacies generally prefer a Bachelor's degree in something, but that doesn't necessarily rule a person out if they don't have one, especially if they have some post secondary schooling under their belt. But the most important quality tends to be presentation in terms of being well spoken and being and learning the facts about the drugs so that they can convey this information in an interesting and efficient manner. Penny's acting skills would definitely come in handy there, so I wouldn't say it's all that far-fetched that they'd hire her.

Yeah, I actually know people who do that job and both of them don't have a Bachelor's degree. One of them actually has almost identical background as Penny in that respect - she wanted to be a singer, waitressed, yadda yadda ya and now does this job and has for two years. I think she went only a semester to Community college.
