So, it was Thea that did it and they did it without assassinating the character. Slow clap for Thea Queen showing the Arrow what she's been working on
 . I loved their scenes though and it was nice to see them focus on Oliver's love for his sister.So, they clearly aren't serious about Ray/Felicity. Felicity is clearly in love with Oliver and it just seems to me that they want to make that Ray/Felicity connection for when that Atom show possibly comes about. It's Flash all over again. Since I was right about Thea, I'm feeling good that I'm right about this. The moment with Olicity was great. Very well written and acted. I loved the out of character moment for Felicity and how it was played. I also loved the call back to Felicity knowing two things in the season 2 finale. So, I'm wondering if Laurel/Canery will let it go when she finds out Thea did it and she was under the influence of a drug. Will she have words with Oliver for not sharing? I'm thinking she will probably let it go, but she is swearing to make someone pay an awful lot. Maybe she'll go after Merlin. Dang Oliver. You should have come harder than that. Loved the flashes after he took one in the abdomen. Ugh. The fall. All in all, a pretty good mid season finale with a nice tone. __________________

Well, Merlin said she was under the influence of some drug and he suggested it, but yeh, it doesn't mean she doesn't remember. Still, it looks like that's what they're going with.

I wish I could care about Thea being the killer but alas, I do not.
I know some aren't pleased with the Ra's casting but I thought he was the highlight of this otherwise underwhelming episode. That last scene was pretty darn good. Quote:

She doesn't know she did it, came off as genuinely surprised when laurel told her.
This ep was just ugh. Although slow clap for Malcolm screwing with everyone. Not looking forward to 3 eps of everyone thinking Oliver is dead. No thanks. __________________

What a dumb episode. This show is so hard to watch sometimes. I guess I can stick it out for a little longer (ie: see what they have in store for Laurel) but I am not hopeful at all.

Love how he claimed that Olicity scene was a 9 when the writers completely dropped the ball, IMO. Oliver could die, never be seen again and all he offers is a half-hearted "I love you" while Felicity just stands there? And I don't even blame the actors for this one (even though SA just doesn't do it for me). The writers could have written something more compelling, more romantic, something that called for a little more emotion. Why not at least have Felicity hug Oliver or vice versa? Sometimes, I'm perplexed by the fact that these are the same showrunners penning The Flash, save MG (and thank goodness for that). __________________
