It looks maybe be hairer than usual in the top pic but it does not really look long or pointy like the comic book picture they put next to it and then the bottom pic it looks like his normal facial hair. Also he looks exactly the same otherwise so if that is him with the goatee, it doesn't look like he's future Oliver. Also if just a little hairer is him with the goatee, I am a lot less upset about it, lol.
