| That '70s Show Spoilers and Speculations #22 Official season eight synopsis: With changes in their lives and adjustments being made, the gang from Point Place is moving onward and upward in season eight of THAT '70s SHOW. While the kids continue to make the sometimes bumpy and often hilarious transition into adulthood, the parents are forced to deal with an empty nest. DONNA (Laura Prepon) grows more popular at the radio station and realizes that a long-distance relationship with Eric isn’t going to work, so she starts dating again, eventually meeting the person who may actually be "the one." HYDE (Danny Masterson) runs a successful record store – with Leo (Tommy Chong) as his slacker employee – and makes a final decision about his complicated relationship with JACKIE (Mila Kunis). Meanwhile, FEZ (Wilmer Valderrama) reveals more about his family and home country as he grows into quite the local Lothario. And at the Formans', KITTY (Debra Jo Rupp) has problems with no kids in the house, while RED (Kurtwood Smith) has problems because it still seems like there are always kids in the house. Official Bohemian Rhapsody (801) and Somebody to Love (802) (both airing November 2nd) synoposes: The eighth season picks up with Kitty and Red discovering their empty nest isn't very empty, even with Eric in Africa. Meanwhile, Hyde returns from Las Vegas, where he went to clear his mind after catching Jackie and Kelso in a compromising position. But when Kelso and Donna tell Jackie that Hyde planned on proposing to her, Jackie tries to win him back, only to discover that what happens in Vegas, doesn't necessarily stay in Vegas. Then things go from bad to worse for Hyde, who discovers that while he was away, Leo nearly put the record store out of business. But Hyde's plan to fire Leo goes up in smoke when he ends up keeping Leo and hiring a new guy, Randy. Meanwhile, in an effort to get over Hyde, Jackie drags Donna and Fez out for a night on the town, but ends up humiliated when she reveals a little too much. Season 8 episode titles (Courtesy of pumkin and ianolito): 801 "Bohemian Rhapsody" 802 "Somebody to Love" 803 "Stone Cold Crazy" 804 "You're My Best Friend" 805 "Misfire" 806 "Long Away" 807 "Fun It' 808 "Good Company" Casting news: Mary Tyler Moore Guest Stars on That '70s Show: TV legend Mary Tyler Moore will take a trip back in time when she guest-stars in three upcoming episodes of the show. Moore's episodes are scheduled to air in 2006 (exact dates TBA). Moore will portray Christine St. George, the beloved anchor of Point Place's daily news program, "What's Up Wisconsin?" Christine is one of Fez's regular customers at the hair salon where he works as a shampoo boy, and Kitty is her number-one fan. But when Christine hires Jackie to work as her personal assistant, the forecast is partly cloudy with a chance of mean. Jackie discovers the hard way that the behind-the-scenes Christine isn't like her charming on-air TV personality at all. Bruce Willis Guest Stars: Bruce Willis goes back to the '70s when he makes a special guest appearance in November. Ashton Kutcher asked Willis who agreed because he thought it would be fun to work with his good friend. In the episode, Willis portrays Vic, a sketchy fast-talker who is the head of security at the Playboy Club in Chicago. Vic, who sports a bad toupee and thick glasses, has a penchant for spicy nachos and referring to himself in the third person. Vic interviews Kelso for a security position at the club. Willis donated his episode fee for his work to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund to aid the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Fox Broadcasting Company and Carsey-Werner agreed to match his donation to the fund. Spoilers!! Spoilers for 801- Bohemian Rhapsody (courtesy of Everybody have fun tonite): I'm having a little bit of trouble prying spoilers from my buddy, but this is what I have so far about the premiere; Jackie and Kelso did it in Chicago. Red got high with the kids' confiscated stash (found after the "talk" the parents had with the kids in the finale). Charlie tried to help Kelso, who was falling off the water tower. Instead of keeping Kelso from falling, they both fell and Charlie died. What a sucky way to go. Spoilers for 802- Somebody to Love (courtesy of Oriana): hi peeps! Spoilers for the 2nd episode of the 8th season are here! The episode is titled "Somebody To Love" and let me just say I had a blast for 2 reasons. I got to meet Tommy Chong and got to see Seth Green in person (No, he wasn't in the ep he was there visiting Wilmer and Wilmer made him come out and say hi to the audience though he flipped Wilmer off instead) They started off by showing us the scene shot last week where Jackie is trying to apologize to Hyde. Hyde tells her it helped him realize that he's not ready to get married yet. Jackie is happy that he said "yet" until dundun this blonde chick (Sam) knocks at the door and tells everyone, including Hyde, that they are married. The first scene shot Hyde can't believe he got married and doesn't remember anything. Sam comes in and shows Hyde, Red and Kitty pictures of their wedding. Kelso comes in to congradulate Hyde and Hyde quickly makes an exit saying he needs to get to the record store. Kelso and Hyde get to the record store and find that Leo has turned it into a hangout for he and his stoner friends. Next scene Donna and Fez are hanging out in the basement. Jackie comes in telling Donna to get dressed because they are going out. Donna is impressed about Jackie's attitude towards everything going on with Hyde. Jackie says that she is not going to stay home and mope she is going to go out and crush some hearts! Sam and Kitty are in the kitchen talking about her "dancing career." Red comes in as Sam leaves and Kitty tells Red that she thinks Hyde has made a huge mistake and that Sam can't stay there so Red is going to have to ask her to leave. Next scene was preshot. Hyde and Kelso are at the record store after they had kicked out all the stoners. Hyde is trying to figure out how to tell Leo he's fired. He decides to tell him during the circle, but during the cirlce Randy shows up and says that he found a sign in the window "help wanted." Hyde asked Leo if he was trying to hire somebody but Leo said he just needed help opening a pickle jar. Hyde decides to hire Randy anyways and not fire Leo. (The writers describe Randy and a self-assured, easy-going guy who's always up for a good time. And I know I said I wasn't going to give my opinion but I have to say that I think this guy is going to fit in nicely with the rest of the gang) Donna, Fez and Jackie are at a bar. Jackie takes off her jacket to reveal a low cut dree (I honestly thought it was a really nice dress but whatever) Fez tells her that she is a tease but doesn't care. Jackie sees a guy at the end of the bar who is smiling at her she walks over to him. He tries to ask her a question and she tells him she is available but not for him. Mark says that he's actually interested in her friend. He gets up and hits on Donna and then asks her to play pook with him. She says yes and Jackie is upset. Fez tells Jackie that he still has her, but then blows her off when a woman, Kim, asks Fez to dance with her. Kelso, Hyde, and Sam are talking in the Forman kitchen about how Hyde couldn't fire Leo. Sam comments that she understand why he couldn't fire him. She know that Hyde is a bid softie on the inside. Kitty comes in and asks if Red has talked to Sam. She says no and asks why. Kitty quickly excuses herself. Donna, Fez and Jackie are at the bar. Kim is telling Fez that she is addicted to sex. Jackie, who has been drinking, tells Fez that she can’t believe that guy blew her off and that she is the hottest girl there. She tells Mark that she is the catch of the town but he ignores her. Jackie starts yelling at the entire bar that she is beautiful, engaging, ect, ect. During her rant her dress strap falls all the way off her shoulder revealing her boob to the entire bar. Donna tells her and Jackie runs embarrassed into the bathroom Sam is in the basement unpacking. Red comes down and tries to tell her that she can’t leave there but Sam show Red some of her underwear. Red gets embarrassed and leaves. Hyde and Kelso show up at the record store. Randy is there with a bunch of customers. He tells Hyde that he told everybody that Leo is an Allman Brother so they could move the overstocked Allman Brothers albums. Hyde is impressed and makes him Senior Vice President in charge of scams. Hyde also decides he can’t fire Leo. Hyde and Sam are in the Forman kitchen. Hyde is telling Sam about his day while Sam gets him a beer. Sam is happy that Hyde is telling her about his day and Hyde says “It doesn’t suck.” Red and Kitty come in and tell Hyde that he is dumb for marrying Sam because they hardly know each other. Sam agrees that if Hyde doesn’t want to be married to her that she will pack up her stuff and leave. Hyde, after thinking about it for a sec, says “No, it’s cool.” Red, looking disappointed in Hyde’s answer, says okay. Back at the bar Donna is trying to get Jackie to come out of the bathroom. Kim tells Fez that she is actually married to Mark and that they go to bars to pick up other people because it gets them hot. Donna says that she and Eric tried that once. Fez is disappointed that Kim really wasn’t trying to pick him up. In the basement Hyde is talking to Fez, Kelso and Donna about Sam. He says she’s pretty cool and the she got Hyde a beer for no reason. Jackie comes in and tells Hyde that if he is going to run off and get married then they can’t be together anymore. She goes on to tell him that she was stupid for trying to get Kelso to marry her and then try to get Hyde to marry her. She’s tired of making herself look like an ass and she is done with it and done with guys. Then Hyde and Kelso high five each other for screwing her up so badly that they turned her to chicks. Spoilers for 803- Stone Cold Crazy (courtesy of Everybody have fun tonite): I have managed to get a little bit of spillage from the episode before though! As I think y'all know, crazy Caroline is back. Poor Fez. I don't know for sure if the new guy saw Donna naked, but Red AND Fez did!!!!! WTH????? Spoilers for 804- You're My Best Friend (summary of sides): The guys take Hyde out for a batchelor party, but end up in jail. Meanwhile, Jackie, Donna and Sam share a circle, and Jackie and Sam share some animosity. Spoilers for 805- Misfire (courtesy of Gennibean): Hey everybody, had a great time at the taping!!! It was Ashton's last show 'for a while', and Demi turned up and they had a cake and everything. Very sweet. -The whole episode works backward so we start with Red and Kitty's 25th annversary, all the Kids are there. -The stipper is still with Hyde and holding his hand in ths scene. -Kelso comes in and PROPOSES to Jackie -The next scene goes back 2 days and Kelso is sayng how he thnks that him and Jackie belong together. Says he will propose to her. The stripper comes in with something skimpy on and the boys all approve. -Jackie talking to Donna and Fez in the kitchen. Fez lets it slip that Kelso is going to propose. Jacke says that she has nothing going for her right now, so gets excited and we're led to believe she will accept. -Donna strongly objects to this saying she is making a mistake. -Kelso goes back to the boys in the basement and tells them he got a job in Chicago as a Security guard for the Playboy mansion. Hyde tells him this is his last chance with Jackie and says Kelso should propose to her now. Fez agrees saying that Hyde really messed Jackie up and Kelso should take advantage while she's vulnerable. Kelso agrees that he will propose, but is unsure now. -Donna again speaks to Jackie, saying that she should imagine what lfe with Kelso would be like. A flashforward with KElso walking into their home announcing he had a good day as he had another affair and will make it up to her by buying puppies. The flash forward ends and Jackie still thinks it's a good idea, but by her expression, is starting to doubt herself. -Back at the Anniversary party we started at, where Kelso proposes, there is a moment of silence and Jackie says flatly 'No' to Kelso's proposal, saying it would be a really bad dea. Kelso immedately starts jumng up and down gettng excited and hugging her saying that he is so happy and that he can now go to Chicago. -It finishes with a circle scene and Kelso saying he loves and will miss everybody. This is the main storyline, but there is also a small one wth Donna waiting for Eric to call from Africa, but never does and also Red and Kitty agree to go to the hotel where they spent their wedding night and when they turn up to the party they look a exhausted and happy from their wild time at the hotel. Spoilers for 806- Long Away (courtesy of Everbody have fun tonite): Eric and Donna broke up already! What did I miss? Red buys Leo a drink because he finds out the old hippie is actually a war hero with a Purple Heart and a Silver Star. From what I understand, they show Leo (then called Leonard-short for Leo LOL) as a cleaned up young man when he was in the service. I can't picture it. Donna and Mr. Fancy Hair Randy go out on a date, and Randy makes Fez pee in his pants. That's all I have for now, I'll let y'all know if I can pry anything else. By the way, Bruce Willis did the show two weeks ago. Spoilers for 807- Fun It (Courtesy of Jackiehydelover): Hey everyone I just got back from this Friday's taping. I've never posted spoilers before so I'll give you as much info as I can and if you have questions let me know. To start everything off I was talking to someone who attended last weeks taping and she said that in that episode Jackie and Fez think that Donna is cheating on Eric with Randy and they write him a letter to tell him about it. Hyde makes them tell Donna what they did and then they learn that Eric broke up with her 3 weeks ago and she didn't want to tell anyone . That's all she told me about that taping. This week the show revolved around around a big ceramic clown that the gang steals from Fatso Burger. They steal the clown and it pretty much sits in the basement and hangs out with them. Kitty and Bob are really upset by the theft and Red could really care less. When he finds out that the kids stole the clown he tells him that he thinks its funny. Donna goes insane while they are planning on stealing the clown. She has a lot of crazy lines like when they are debating whether or not to ask Red to borrow the Vista Crusier she says something along the lines of "I'll just hotwire the S.O.B." Jackie is scared to death of clowns and she tells us why. Jackie does a lot of screaming in this episode. Fez I think is jealous of Randy because he makes fun of him a lot. Hyde doesn't really do much in this episode just basically makes his normal sarcastic comments and helps steal the clown. There is this one scene while they are trying to steal the clown and Bob comes up to the drivethru to order food. Fez stands behind the clown and takes Bob's order and then tells him that they're closed. It's really funny I think that you all are going to laugh at that when you see it. Other scenes that are kind of funny are Fez and Randy playing rock, paper, scissors with the ceramic clown... And we all know how great Fez is at that game. Eventually, Kitty comes down to the basement and they hide the clown head in the freezer which she of course finds. Then they drive the clown back to Fatso Burger and return it. That's pretty much the end of the episode. The tag is of Jackie having a nightmare about the clown which is also pretty funny. I thought I'd give some info on what the cast was doing inbetween takes. Wilmer and Don came out inbetween takes and talked to the audience and answered questions. It was this womans birthday and Wilmer sang to her. Then some idiot in the auidence asked Wil for Lindsey's phone number... How rude can you get? Someone asked about the stripper and he said that we have to wait and find out so as far as I know she may be gone but who knows. Danny and Mila were REALLY cozy with each other. They were walking around his arm around her neck and hers around his waist. When the director was talking to the cast she was sitting on his lap playing with his hand. Jackie and Hyde aren't back together as of right now so the lap sitting wasn't scripted. Kurtwood and Debra Jo weren't around too much and Josh Meyers was just hanging around every now and then. Laura didn't look like she was in too great of a mood. I was given a script for being the best laugher after a take so that was really cool and I got the entire cast to sign it. Wilmer and Danny gave me a hug and I almost died when I touched Danny. His hair is SO soft! He's so hot I can't take it ! I told him that I listen to his radio so every Monday and he got excited about that. Oh, inbetween one scene they handed out popsicles and I ate a blue one so my tounge was all blue. My friend said it wasn't noticable but of course when I was getting Josh Meyers autograph he says to me "Did you eat a blue popsicle?" and I was like "Yeah, but no you're they only one to point out that my tounge is blue!" And he got a good laugh out of that... How humiliating ! But oh well, I had a great time. If you have any questions I'll answer as much as I can! Spoilers for 808- Good Company (Summary from sides): Fez begins a steamy affair with the older Marsha Sullivan, who happens to be a highschool friend of Kitty's. | He didn't. In It's Only Rock and Roll, Eric accidently knocks the Buddah statue onto him. But then we see the dog in the tag with a bandaid on his head. He lived to tell the tale. | |||

| Well, of course everyone wants LRK to come back, but I was going for more realistic returns ... like Donna's Diary or Eric's Angel. __________________ You and I have trust issues, doctor. | |||

| Wow, thank you for the spoilers, glad you had fun. That episode actually sounds like it could be really funny. What's not funny though is Eric breaking up with Donna from Africa. That doesn't sound like him at all. I wonder if the writers are mad at Topher for leaving or for not committing to come back more often this season, because why else would they try and make him look like a jerk. | |||
