That is my issue with website polls...it's incredibly easy to vote as many times as you want, making the poll irrelevant...but yeah.
But I STILL think they could be positive if they grab anyone's attention. I keep saying nobody has ever heard of this show, and that's one way to at least make them aware of the TITLE of the show. I mean at this point we have to start at the bottom of the barrel __________________

Bellarke (romantic or not) is the best dynamic in the show and they have the best chemistry. There's a reason why people talked about them non stop during S1 despite the fact nothing romantic happened that season. I think it's ridiculous that they keep separating two of their strongest actors and the two people who have the most chemistry.
Even the professional reviewers who don't even ship Bellarke or don't care about shipping always mention the chemistry the actors have and the deep connection the characters share. Also imo what affected the ratings the most this season is that the storyline mainly focused on Clarke and the grounders and the rest barely had screentime. People want the dynamics of S1 back. And like I said before sometimes well developed secondary characters make or break a show. Developing Murphy made some people more interested in the show and probably prevented others from quitting since now they have a favorite character to root for. Quote:

For example Stephen Amell (Arrow) has his official facebook page and he answer questions, posts exclusive pictures and shares fanarts/pictures the fans send him. The Arrow fanbase became huge during S2 and the ratings went up a little bit in S3 and so far they haven't reached the lows they did in S2. __________________

I gotta say, I don't see anybody but Bellarke shippers saying they want the dynamic of season 1 back. The general consensus of everyone else is that season 2 was far and away better than season 1. There is absolutely no way the show is ever going back to the way season 1 was, anyway, so everyone may as well just get used to it.

Wherever Clarke is going won't be pretty, huh? I'm telling you, she falls in with Frederick the Mutant at the Mutant Hippie Commune and starts getting facial piercings and a mohawk. It's all about Outcast Clarke this season! |

I haven't seen anyone else except Bellarke shippers say this as well. I'm open to correction, but I literally have not seen anyone else say that. S2 is far superior IMO, and the critical reception seems better.
I wonder how far Clarke will make before running into trouble, or whoever, or whatever...I feel like she won't even last an episode __________________

Yeah of course, only the Bellarke shippers say that, the rest of the fans share the exact same opinion. A lot of people actually preferred season 1.

I have been involved in the fandom since day one and I have seen plenty of people (not only Bellarke shippers) say that they wish the show would focus on the delinquents again. I could say only the Clexa fans loved the focus on the grounders and this show turning into the Clexa show for some episodes but I'm not going to make generalizations like that

And I love both seasons the same but plenty of people prefer S1 and quit watching after 2x10 - 2x11. I have following some people on tumblr since the show started and some of them said they didn't like this season and quit the show. Quote:

People quit shows for plenty of reasons, one of my online friends stopped watching because Raven is her favourite character and she hated how she was written this season.
As for the actors online presence, I think some of them shouldn't even be on twitter because they have no clue how to interact with the fans and even end up mocking them. __________________

How can anyone say that plenty of people prefer season 1? Who are these people you're referring to? Insinuating that most people prefer season 1, and that's why the ratings for season 2 "declined"? Was a poll done of every fan of The 100? Where are the results of this poll, if so? FF does not equal the entire audience, nor does Tumblr and nor does Twitter.
All I was saying, is that the only people I've seen complain about the dynamic of S2 vs S1 are Bellarke shippers. Of course that doesn't necessarily make it true. God, I hate Bellarke shippers. They are just nuts. <--me, as a Bellarke shipper Please. I never insinuated that, either. And I will have you know, that I personally think Clexa shippers are crazier than Bellarke shippers. But I'm not interested in shipping wars, so that opinion can remain sidelined. __________________

And it's clear people lost interest considering their ratings dropped to 0.4 for the season 2 finale. Quote:

This girl on this other site I post is a huge Flarke fan and hates Bellamy and she said she almost quit this season (even before Finn died) because she was tired of the grounders. One of the first 100 blogs on tumblr was a huge Octavia fan and she quit the show because she didn't like the tone nor the storylines this season. Quote:

By the way, you can't be acting like just because the ratings dropped that means that the show wasn't as good. That's not how it works. I feel like I mentioned this within the last few pages, but a lot of the shows that are widely considered to be the best shows in the history of television did not have great ratings. And then things like The Big Bang Theory have ratings through the roof. And there's that whole "brilliant but canceled" phenomenon. It has nothing to do with how good the show is. |

I never said that everyone besides the Bellarke shippers prefer season 2. Again, I said that the only people I've seen that have complained about the show's dynamic are Bellarke shippers. Me. From my viewpoint. As a consistent theme on FF, it's what I've seen. Time and time again. The 0.4 demo shouldn't relate back to Bellarke, should it then? Especially not if we're looking at that specific episode, and with Bellarke fans knowing Lexa was gone and with the promise of a "Bellarke moment". There are and would be a variety of reasons for that drop, beside the pre-emptions that night. Quote:

And blaming the Bellarke shippers for everything is a recurring theme in this thread to the point it's almost funny. Every fan who says something negative about the show must be a shipper. Shipping preferences shouldn't invalidate anyone's opinion. __________________
