It is suppposed to be meaningful, not amazing! The moment Akela keeps talking about didn't happen yet, she said it's going to take place toward the end of the season. She sort of compared it to the end of 1X07. We all know how that episode ended.

Well, to be honest after seeing Clarke telling Bellamy that she can't lose him too and then taing it back at the end...to me it was also a love/hate episode/mooment

What are the chances of Lexa dying next episode? I've seen some discussion on it but I'm not sure if there's any merit to it?

I don't see Lexa lasting. Plus, with what we've seen in the promo with Clarke getting the support of the grounders, who are at her side (Indra to her right)...I think Lexa dying could very well happen next episode.

I was wondering about her longevity as well...and since they wrote the season befoer they knew about season 3, they probably got rid of her before the season finale, I would guess?

Well they had to write season 2 like they were going to get a season 3, so I don't think that mattered.

Whether she dies or not, we won't be seeing much of Lexa in season 3, with the actress gone. Unless the 2 shows film at different times. Lexa is becoming one of my favorites so this sucks.

If they move to the City of Lights for season 3, then that can explain Lexa's absence, because she and her people will stay behind. I'd rather that than they kill her.

I feel like they'll have to relocate in S3 because they'll defeat the Mountain Men by the end of the season, and they're at peace with the Grounders. If they stay there's really no more danger.

Oh, I have no doubt she's dying at some point, with the actress being on another show, I just didn't think it'd be this soon. And I'm hoping not, as what was the point of making her canonly queer just to kill her the next episode (not that I'd expect much exploration of that but still).

I'm all for Lexa dying because then I think we'll get a better idea of how the Grounders choose their leadership. Maybe it's like the Vatican and they have a conclave, etc. Also, I think it would be so cool if they somehow pick Clarke to lead them. Like maybe if it turns out that the out-going Commander chooses their successor and Lexa picks Clarke and then that's a huge point of contention. (That's so unlikely to happen, though. Just a pipe dream of mine.)

Unless the area gets invaded by the ice nation or something!

Yeah I agree about them maybe needing to relocate. When will they ever get to rest and breed more humans??

I don't want Lexa to die either, it would seem so soon after Anya too.
