They look interesting, but comics are expensive. I'm wondering if people buy them or borrow them.

Yeah. Most of the comics I read are in TPB format & from my local library, but if if there's a mini-series I'm interested in I might buy it.

That's good that libraries carry many comic book volumes now. Some are even doing it online now too.
