Yeah I saw it. Probably one of my favorite ones for so many reasons:

-Jimmy and Kara talking about how their gender and race prevent them from showing anger.

(as a girl and as a Hispanic with Native American heritages I can relate)

-Cat taking Kara under her wing and telling her the women part of it all in terms of female anger in the work place.

-Kara and Jimmy taking their anger out on the car/boxing bag.

(I have a boxing bag for the very same reason)

-Kara unleashing her heat vision on Red Tornado while at the same time releasing her anger for her parents sending her away. Though it was necessary I thought that kind of anger was completely warranted.

The showdown between Kara and Astra looks like it's going to be awesome!

And in terms of them looking to cast a young Kal-El, I am so excited for that! I'm curious as to what storyline will take place in regards of that.

My theory is that maybe Clark will discover something from his ship where it leads him to finding out about his cousin.
