I have...nothing exciting to talk about currently. Just been getting yelled at all day on the phone by passengers. And one lady was crying to me because her video camera was stolen for her bag. It's a weird day. Maybe a full moon.

I got yelled at because I didn't have a fitting that a guy wanted. I just laughed though, which I think made him madder.

It's funny how that happens. My attitude is "Kill them with kindness"...so being nice only gets them more upset.

Did he expect you to "magically" come up with a fitting for him?

I take the "Kill them with Kindness" approach too, but somedays it kills me to do it.

I actually went home sick from work today.

Not really a big deal though.

Sometimes I'd rather just kill them....

I can't do customer service. I'm not good at acting like I care, especially when the customer isn't polite.

I'm in IT, so it's very hard for me to be nice to people, of coruse, I think I'm better than everyone that I talk to on the phone.

I'm kind of forced to, not at home...but from at work whenever I have a problem. I hate it when they don't seem to understand what I'm explaining to them, so they get into my computer to see what I'm doing wrong. It makes me feel stupid.

lol I work with in customer support for a software company but we also have a tech support department for mapping network drives or when the customers mess something up really bad lol. The worst part is when people demand to get sent to the tech department all the time when they really don't need it.

Hey all, just dropping in. Haven't in a while. Life is going okay I guess. Nothing to complain about but nothing to get excited about either.

Today my plans include just going to the store to get Smallville on DVD. After Thursdays Smallville ep, it got me in a total Superman/Smallville mood. Can't decide which season I'll get (either s1 or s5). I do have seasons 4 and 6. LOL depending on their price I just might get both.
