That's a tough choice, but if I had to pick one I'd have to go with the classic It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown slightly ahead of Garfield's Halloween Adventure.

I think F) & G) I haven't seen any of those. The only Halloween eppie I remember was The Simpsons Halloween Eppie a long time ago - Marg as a witch. It was actually good.
