Jade/Dinah was definitely slashy. But it was even mentioned in the comic. At one point they're fighting, fall into a pool and keep fighting. And I think Jade was in lingerie.

A tourist at the hotel tells her husband to stop staring at them.

They aired Birds of Prey here for three or four weeks and then just stopped. I was bummed out about it because even though it' s not the best show I've seen, I liked it.

Hi Magnus!

I did at least get to see the entire series. Sounds like your station pulled 'Nightstalker' on you.

Ya, he was supposed to be 'NightWing' sorta. But it wasn't too good, with him turning into the bad guy too.

I don't get why they would show a new series and then just stop after only a few eps

They do that a lot. I do think some series should be given a chance. And if they were that bad to begin with, shouldn't people pull the plug on production?

They were in a rush, trying to find that 'new' thing. This was before UPS took Btvs, so the WB thought they were loosing one of their main brain winners.

And Birds of Prey wasn't an instant hit, and they weren't looking to ride it out and see if it'd get a following later.

As WB no longer exsistts, you can see what dumb decisions like that did for them.

Well, WB's legacy continues with the CW (since they cancelled Everwood). But yeah, it feels unless a show is Dawson's Creek, or BTVS they didn't bother.

Yes, the WB was notorious for not being supportive of their less conventional shows. The only one as bad is ABC.

Yes, it is. It seems like a pretty solid seller.

Now only we need for some of 'Batmans' enemies to show up. I'd like to see The Joker show up. With the past he and Barbra have.

That would be cool. But BOP tends to be more light hearted. It has some angst, but not that much.
