Me either, although the only art I haven't been too impressed with is Sandman's.

same here. I tried reading some and didn't finish any of the volumes. I do love the Sandman: The Dream Hunters w/ Ya****aka Amano. I absolutely love the art in that.

Sandman had awesome covers and lots of horrible interior art.

The CBS show Ghost Whisperer with Jennifer Love Hewitt has also been adapted to a graphic novel through a deal with IDW Publishing, who also recently did a 30 Days of Night book! Check out the new adventures of Melinda Gordon on March 26.

That is great news about Ghost Whisperer. This reminds me to read the online graphic novel sometime.

I don't watch the show, so I doubt I'll get the comic. I still blame Ghost Whisperer for Joan of Arcadia getting cancelled.

I think Joan of Arcadia needed a better timeslot. Friday's are tough for just about any show. I'll pick up Ghost Whisperer, probably not next week though.

"Ugly" art is OK if it fits the story. Sometimes it's a matter of matching the artist's style with the right book and writer.

I never had a problem with Mad's art before. I could take him or leave him, but I wish he hadn't made a comeback. Or he could have at least done it on a book I don't read.

I never watched Ghost Whisperer or Joan of Arcadia so

But I've noticed comics get me into the shows. It's what got me into the Whedonverses and I enjoyed the Supernatural ones too.

I've only ssen a few episodes of both shows. I still need to buy the New Adventures of Melinda Gordon. I completely fogot about it.

I have to agree about Joan of Arcadia.. although, the last season was rocky.

I still have Nightfisher waiting for me to read which I will get to this week.
