I'm glad to hear you didn't like TMI's mother.

I'd be very worried if you had.

If there was anything likeable about TMI's mother, Rosie's mother's takedown of her wouldn't have been nearly as satisfying.

At the same time, I'm now assuming we'll either never see TMI's mother ever again.

Or we will, and it'll be because she'll reveal herself to have inner depths.

She'll come back to ask for TMI's forgiveness or something.

Or TMI's father will be murdered.

Because, if it's not something like that, then, yeah, we're never gonna see that woman ever again.

It was still awesome to see Rosie's mother going all Mama Bear over TMI.

Obviously, TMI's parents never stood up for her like that before.

So I was happy to see it.

That's true-it wouldn't have been as good to watch, or feel as good, if TMI's mother was likeable.

I'm wondering if she will show up at the wedding.

That was my thought-that it's why they showed her to begin with.

Because, yeah, if she doesn't have any depth, or emotional cause, there is no point in having her there.

That's true-and I hadn't thought of it-TMI's family has been awful to her.

Having the disapproving parent show up to make amends at the wedding would be the classic move for a TV show.

They've done it on other shows (Grey's Anatomy comes to mind).

And I wouldn't mind if they did it on Rosewood either.

Because you know TMI's mother isn't about to become a huge part of the show.

You've got Villa and her mother, the police captain, and the Rosewoods.

That's the cast.

They're not about to add many other characters, because it works just fine with the ones they have.

And, anyway, we don't see all that much of the mothers we already have as it is.

But it would be nice to know that TMI's parents have come around.

I'm glad she won't be a big part of the show.

I'd like to see TMI's issue with her parents a little less bothersome for her, simply because I love TMI, and I feel bad for her.

It may be that she'll show up at the wedding and it goes badly, but I doubt that.

And you're right-the cast is great as it is, they don't need any more parents on the show.

I like the ones they have.

Who knows what the writers have planned, right?

But I think that, however the situation with TMI's parents is resolved (in other words, whether they come around or not), that will be the last time we see them.

I taped tonight's episode, so I haven't seen it.

But I cheated and caught the very last bit of it.

And it seems that Rosie's mom knows the police captain.

So that's interesting, because I didn't know that.

And they seemed friendly.

Nothing more than that, but friendly all the same.

Was her father on there, or just talked about?

I'm glad it will be the last of it.

I don't like her mother, and I'm happier I haven't seen her father.

Oh thanks!

I still have last week's and this one, to watch.

Hm, I had no clue they knew each other.

It would be cool if they could be friends.

I like both of them a lot.

Thanks Karen!

I am so hoping that gets picked up, cause I'll definitely be watching, for her and especially to see Coby, and them together.

^ Is that still the same thing? Or does it add to what we already knew?

Kimmie TMI's father has neither been mentioned nor seen, as far as I can see.

I'm still catching up on taped stuff, so you might already know more about all of that than I do.

So you tell me: what's happening?

And don't mistake my speculation for fact, okay?

I don't know anything.

I think it should be the end of it.

But I'm not the one who decides, am I?

Yeah, we're talking about Cruel Intentions for TV Sunny.

Thanks for letting me know about TMI's father.

Hm, the last episode I watched, they discussed when Pippy lived on the streets, and how it affected everyone.

And she ran away, for a couple/few months, because her mom didn't accept her coming out.

That she was gay, at all in the beginning.

TMI pointed out that her mother re-wrote history in her mind because she didn't like who she was at the time.

It was really a revelation for me, and insightful, and I loved that about why her mom/my mom, may have done that.

Rosie is training to be a side partner for Villa.

So that she'll work with him (which she already basically has been) and the Captain, as her partners.

Oh, and Pippy (or is it Pippa ) and the Captain really had a nice several moments.

He brought her back together with the girl/woman who taught her to be cool with herself, and helped keep her alive on the streets.

Pippy is Rosie's sister. I think their mother is called Donna.

I have no idea who Pippa is.

I'm glad to hear Pippy and the Captain had some nice scenes together.

I didn't even realize they knew each other, though it makes sense since Rosie works "for" the Captain, in a way, and Pippy works for Rosie.

It also makes sense that their mother wasn't instantly thrilled about having a gay daughter.

That's usually how they tell that story on TV shows anyway.

I love to see her be all Mama Bear about her now, but everything's a learning process for everyone.

In the end, what matters is that they have a good relationship now, but that doesn't change the past.

So I can understand why the mom might have re-written the past for herself, since they get along now.

Pippa was the star in a musical.

I couldn't remember which was which when I was posting.

Yeah, they were awesome together, so I'm glad they do know each other.

Pippy reacted a lot, now, to her mom the way I was reacting with my mom.

Really angry-that her mother seemed to be in denial about what really happened.

So, I related, to moms in denial, and that was nice.

So I haven't met Pippa yet.

That would explain why the name was confusing to me.

And I can certainly Pippy being angry about how her mother reacted back then.

But Pippy's a smart woman.

She'll realize that it would be very ironic for her to ruin the good relationship they have now that her mother's changed because her mother didn't have a reasonable reaction then.

Her mother is awesome now.

Pippy and her get along great.

Nope, no Pippa around that you have met.

Pippy did realize it, she just wanted her mother to acknowledge that her mother reacted the way she did.

They still get along great-by the end of the episode it was great again between them.

Good. I'm glad to hear it.

Because I would have resented the show ruining the relationship mother and daughter have now over something that is no longer a reality.

Part of why the show's enjoyable is because it's a happy show with loving relationships.

I don't need them to rethread old drama.
