That's what I'd call extreme.

We were in the 80's today, but we've been steadily climbing for weeks now.

I know none of us understand what "climate change" really means or what its causes are.

I'm just saying... I think it's real.

I can't find another way to explain the wacky springs we keep having here.

And they keep getting more and more extreme.

Yeah, climate change is no doubt a real thing. Weather is getting really bizarre. And extreme.

Yup, now things get back to whatever it is we call normal around here.

And, honestly, "a day at a time" is something I always have trouble with, so don't be too hard on yourself on that front, okay?

I mean, it's obviously the goal we should all have.

But I think it's normal to find it difficult to reach sometimes.

It really is difficult.

I get anxious thinking "I should be doing such and such to get ready for some appointment."

I'm more working the one minute to one minute thing as I start.
