the best night
of sleep, but
it wasn't half
bad either. I
woke up a
little, but slept

we both know
that sleep is
always going to
be an issue
for me, but
I'm doing pretty
good on the
whole. Having to
get up early
both days last
weekend was just
always going to
take its toll.

whole week of
having to be
up, I get
that way. You
count on the
weekends to recharge,
so it was
definitely going to
create some issues.

I don't sleep
that well either.

start just going
to one class,
Journey Into Recovery.

get through one
more day before
I can do
some sleeping in.

I've been in
a foul mood,
and I don't
know if it's
my usual birthday
grumps or just
mild sleep deprivation.

We switched around

my medications, to
see which was
waking me up.

going to bed
very very late
last night, the
kind of late
that because "early"
you know? But
it was another
of those cases
where I just
had to finish
the book I
was reading. Besides,
I didn't have
to get up
early this morning.

I do feel
marginally better today.
We'll see if
it holds up
when we go
to the restaurant.

I get that-
for you it's
reading, and you
stick with it,
and sometimes you
just have to
finish the book.

to get up

feel much better

is coming from
Wales to visit
for over night.

She'll be travelling
with some friends
of ours around
the US, and
is coming here.

didn't quite work.

I got caught
up in another
book last night.

Twice in one
weekend, can you
imagine? It's like

Books are my
crack, it seems.

Healthier than most
drugs, they are.
But I have
just about as
much discipline about
them than a
any other drug
addict has with
their own drug
of choice, see.

Oh, well. At
least I'm enjoying
myself as I
do it, right?
