I have ideas, but they're mostly vague right now.

Anyway, the cooking plans for the weekend involve shephard's pie and nothing else.

I'm hoping to build it up with lots of additional vegetables and some flax for fiber.

I wasn't feeling great, but I didn't have anything to do.

Hey ya'll. I'm working with the Dr. finding a Psychiatrist and Psychologist in the area that take my insurance, because it was that or check into the mental hospital again, the one I went to 4 years ago, or longer ago.

So, that's why I'm not around. Aside from the depression I'm just drained, and busy with this.

I'll try to get done when I get home today, just wanted to let ya'll know what was up in case I don't get here later.

I'm sure you know, but fatigue is a symptom of depression.

So there's a chance this is all related.

Not much to report here. Usual stuff. Work, but it's good. Always busy no matter what. Our front desk full time worker quit and we're in the process of trying to rehire. It takes MONTHS being a government job. Been doing those eagle surveys for the corp, we were on the river in 40 degree weather, made it cold but okay. Got two volunteer college interns right now I'm working with/traning/teaching, so it kinda wears me out.

Anyhow, home is all good. Just busy too. Sick kitty Bernie is doing well. He's settled inside to his freedom, gets his meds daily and slowly seems to be improving. We have another vet appointment tomorrow.

I had stuff all over my floor that I hadn't put away, and II was walking around the room in pitch black dark, dreaming, then I woke up. After I kicked the metal shelf and got the break under my foot. After a few minutes, I saw my bed, crawled in it, and went back to sleep.

Dr's appointment tomorrow for a re-check, hopefully, if they can get me in.

SO happy to hear Bernie is doing better. And adjusting to inside life.
