Well, stocking up on food I don't think is necessary since grocery stores will remain open. If we do well in reducing Covid-19 cases then it will only last 2 weels likely, otherwise this shutdown will get extended. They Particularly don't want people getting together for Thanksgiving in the U.S. this year.

yeh they are saying that here too. ive already found that toilet paper and paper towels are hard to find in stores.

well my sister and her husband and kids ended up coming over after all. which was great. my dad on the other hand was not happy. he still thinks they are going to get him sick with covid (he thinks everyone outside of this house is carriers and he doesnt want to be anywhere near them) so he just stayed in the basement the whole time they are here watching tv. we fixed him a plate and he ate it down there. but we all had a good time without him. we had dinner and then watched a movie on the sofa together.
