I didnt care much for Chase at the start, but rewatched the season and really like him now, I think the scene in his house with Liv in the bathrobe changed my view
I did go into the season not liking him much cos of the originals where i really didnt care for his character The 2nd time around I really enjoyed him more, I look forward to him and Major next season, plus he had way more chemistry with Liv than Justin who just seemed to be around so Liv could have a love interest, which wasnt needed |

justin was more of a friend than a bf in my opinion
he was just someone for her to act crazy and have fun with while on her crazy brains __________________

I agree Justin never felt boyfriend like, Lowell and Drake felt like they would work for a few seasons (Til she got with Major again) but Justin I never really connected with him as a romantic interest for Liv, he felt like the immature brains she was on while with him craved a playmate for her silliness.
Im concerned that they are giving her a new love interest next season based around a ship name, we could do with less romance in s4, s3 liv and Major had 3 partners each and the season was only 13 eps long If justin returns I guess he will just work with Major |

i hope they dont pick relationships/storylines around shipper names. thats no way to write a show

I assume the character exists just is getting a name to be the ship
Nothing will ever beat LoVe for a ship name I did like LivWell as a ship name |
